I LOVE THIS PLACE! I mostly go to the one on Knox. I love getting a lavender latte with honey and oatmilk. I've tried various pasties like the pretzel croissant and the fruit tart etc and all very good! It's such a cute spot, definitely gets busy earlier in the day. A great place to sit and catch up. Everyone is also super friendly. Highly recommend

Had the pleasure of stopping in the area early on a Saturday morning for coffee and a few goodies. Everything tasted delicious. I would recommend the bacon and cheese croissant and the almond croissant! We had a great guest experience that felt relaxed. I will definitely be back!

I’ve been wanting to try this spot out for some time & finally got the chance! I can’t tell you enough how pleased I am from the service to the food! Each associate said hello & made you feel so welcome! I picked out 3 random things because I could’ve have gotten everything but I had to have control ! I got regular croissant, bacon & jalapeño croissant & the chocolate almond croissant! The regular one was so buttery, soft on the inside & crispy flaky on the outside! The bacon jalapeño was #1 for me! It was Smokey, cheesy with just a kick of heat from the jalapeño! The chocolate almond was good but my #3, I have forgotten I’m not the biggest fan of almond extract & it was stout! However, if you are an almandine fan, this you’ll love, no joke !! Chefs kiss for everything, I’ll recommend this spot to everyone with no regret!!

Super cute shop and great pastries! We got a veggie quiche, the chocolate croissant loaf, a black coffee, and the chocolate kouign amann. The kouign amann was good, not great. The croissant loaf tho was amazing!!! We absolutely loved it! The quiche and coffee were also great! Will definitely be going back!

Love this place, only complaint I have is that I wish it had more seating.

If you’re new in town you can take the trail that runs through town and come off and get a drink here.

I LOVE stopping by this bakery to pick up goodies for the office. Our favorite is the pretzel croissant ❤. You simply can't get better than that! Their almond croissant is also another favorite of mine.

Great location near the trail. Since they stopped the Pistachio chocolate pinwheel, which was the best item, the Pretzel croissant is now the must-try item.

The catering from Village Baking Co. is phenomenal! We order for our whole office and Shannon does a great job managing three different drop off locations. She is thoughtful, easy to work with, and our favorite vendor! I also think they have the best chocolate chip cookies in Dallas!

Fresh breads, croissants and more! Nice addition to the uptown neighborhood! Definitely try their Jalapeño Bacon Cheddar Croissants & the Almond Chocolate. Fresh and flavorful! Indoor seating with some outdoor tables too.

Amazing french bakery located right off the Katy Trail! Some of their pastries are just huge. I highly recommend their Chocolate Kouign-amann! It's crispy and flakey on the outside, yet soft but still flakey on the inside with layers of chocolate chip goo (assuming you asked them to toast it for you). Simply delicious! I've been back here many times!

Their chicken salad croissant is to die for. It’s very delicious and once we finished it, we were already wanting more. We definitely will be back. I also love sour treats but some tarts are too sour. But Village Baking Co has taken a couple different twist on their tarts and it is so delicious. We definitely recommend trying this as well.

WHAT A SURPRISE! I wandered in here, yesterday, after lunch. I ordereded an almond croissant to take home for later. First, this thing is huge! Second, it's coated with sliced and roasted almonds. Inside, it has a layer of delicious almond paste. A thin layer adding sweetness, but not overly so. The pastry is light, flaky, buttery heaven. Lastly, I was served by warm, happy people. I look forward to returning soon. Thank you for such a positive experience.

The best chocolate croissant in Dallas and I have tried a TON! This place is amazing every time. Love it!!

RUN 🏃‍♂ don’t walk, to Village Baking. Grab a Palmer (if available) for your coffee, an almond croissant and pumpkin cake for tomorrow, and a Croque monsieur sandwich for lunch! Highly recommend the cheddars jalapeño bread, Palmer cookie, fruit tart, and scones. Espresso to order offered to complement your baked goods. DOG FRIENDLY!!!

This is our favorite bakery hands down! We always pick up almond croissants for friends and family. Their sour dough loaves are amazing. I honestly have not had a bad thing from here.

Located near the busyness of Knox, this little bakery has a lot of treats to choose from. Though they sell out of their popular items quickly, they offer coffee all day. We had the vanilla Kouign-amann which was the perfect amount of sweetness and was oh so buttery! We tried the ham and cheese croissant, though it had some type of French name I couldn’t pronounce, that was flakey and buttery. Then we finished off with the delicious fruit tart. The house drip coffee was smooth and silky. We will visit again!

Coffee was delicious. Got two lattes and it was creamy and delicious. Also got a quiche which was really good and a heated up soppresata sandwich. Bread was fluffy. Would highly recommend And a good jump off for Katy trail

There desserts were good. Appreciate they apply military discount as well.

Pumpkin roll and the kouign amann were both to die for. Service was very friendly, fast and knowledgeable. I will return again and again.
