Away

It took me six months of trying to decide what to get. It took me 60 minutes to drive to the store. But it was all worth it. The customer service was just great...!! warm and welcoming!! I have not used my luggage yet, my trip is coming up. I purchased the bigger carry on in silver aluminum. I am excited with both my purchase and my trip!!

I read some reviews that said the employees were rude, etc, but I had an excellent experience. They couldn't have been more helpful or nice. They helped me ingredient upon entering the store, and they were busy. Sometimes you have to take reviews with a grain of salt. That being said, I highly recommend the store and the luggage. Both are excellent.

As a frequent traveler, I’ve purchased several items from Away. Their products are high quality, stylish and practical for everyday travel. Customer service is second to none. And their warranty and return policy are best in class. Highly recommend.

I went with a bag that had 3 years, many miles and the side stitch was falling, maybe they could fix it for me even if they charged me? I left the store about 2 minutes after with a new one because of their amazing warranty. Unbeatable customer service.

Always a delight to visit with and so very helpful. The staff are truly trained in what customer service is all about - a VERY HUGE contrast to the online experience and service you get from that avenue. I call and order from the Dallas store whenever a need arises and truly am never disappointed! Kaitlyn and everyone I've ever spoken with there are amazing and always go above and beyond!!!

I had such a great store experience. The store esthetic was super cool, nicely decorated and inviting. The Staff was AMAZING! Even though I was the only person in the store the entire staff was engaging and helped me make final decisions by presenting the facts and offering alternatives without being super pushy or invasive. This location of Away is fabulous. My husband and I were greeted by everyone in the store and everything was thoroughly explained. I even purchased a product that went on sale a week later and Tami was able to help me over the phone get the adjustment. With a smile i might add. Everyone was very friendly and i would recommend.

Katelyn was awesome to work with and unfortunately the gold color suitcase I wanted was being discontinued so she reached out to a couple stores and said she would see what they could find. A few hours after I got home I got a call from a store in Boston that had the exact size and color I wanted! This is exactly the type of customer service that made me decide to go with Away! Away was highly recommended by my two nieces who travel extensively, to Europe and domestically. I shopped around, the Samsonite was 1 pound lighter and it was on sale at Macys. But when I started packing (traveling internationally, started packing 2 weeks before trip), I saw how flimsy the Samsonite was. Today, the baggage teams are stressed, over-worked and short staffed. And they're handling my luggage.
I'll return the Samsonite to Macys.
Away has a *brick and mortar* store. I bought both the large and the carry-on. Great experience, the sales people are great. It wasn't too busy, very relaxed. The only thing was the monogramed tags, they only come in white background, you can select from three colors your initials or whatever you want monagrammed. I'll have to get some bandanas. I got the sand & white color pieces.

The customer service in here was super good. Alyssa had a ton of customers but was very helpful and professional.

Picked up a suitcase today as a gift. Cool little store on Knox, very friendly staff. Julia handled my purchase and she was great. Pain-free experience, which means a lot during the holiday season.

Are their $700 suitcases seven times better than a $100 suitcase? Definitely not, but the one I got is far and away the best suitcase I've ever had. It makes me feel kinda like James Bond walking through the airport. I'm a much more organized packer, I'm way less worried about a wheel or zipper breaking, it takes moments instead of seconds to get my suitcase open or closed, my hair is growing back, my dad finally told me he's proud of me, and my high school geography teacher called to apologize for the time he embarrassed me in front of the entire class. This particular store made the purchase quick and easy and taught me all about how the suitcase works.

Everyone in the store is really helpful! Every time I’ve gone in to either make a purchase or needed help with an exchange, the staff is very knowledgeable and can answer all of my questions!

Went in today and the staff were so friendly and helpful and got me exactly what I wanted. I dont write many reviews and they were great. 6/5. Above and beyond.
