Monticello Liquor, Fine Wine, and Beer

Honored to work with one of the top 50 liquor stores in Dallas. Monticello has a lot of great history on their website and Instagram.

Rick is the man! Goes above and beyond for his customers, since moving in to the neighborhood this has become my go to spot for my liquor and fine wine! Highly recommend stopping in!

The nicest, most helpful folks! Right when you walk in they’re asking if you need assistance, but not at all pushy. They have great recommendations but leave you to browse on your own. I usually wouldn’t think to review a liquor/wine store - but they somehow made a quick pop-in to get some bubbles a really enjoyable experience. Stop in if you can!

All the employees are kind and knowledgeable! I often use their help when I’m trying a new product and they always have great suggestions.

I went in to find ingredients for a new cocktail and I had a really great experience. Someone offered to help me out and they had a lot of knowledge on the different brands and flavors of liquors I was looking for. I ended up getting 4 different items totaling less than $80. I’ll definitely be back to support local!

These guys are welcoming and are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with any questions I may have. I live in the neighborhood and walk there often and out of 100 times I have visited 100 have been great experiences. They have a wide selection and everything they have recommended has been perfect.

Love the fact that they have welcomed my 90pound pup every time we have showed up at the door and have even given him a treat.

Hands down, I consider Monticello Liquors to have the most personable, knowledgeable staff with an excellent selection for any of your liquor store needs. Their store has great variety of all qualities and price points to choose from, and their team is always available to help you find exactly what you’re looking for.
Not only is the location great for residents in the neighborhood, but it’s right off of 75 to access after rush hour. If that’s not convenient enough, they also personally deliver which eliminates the inconvenience of typical delivery charges or limited availability through delivery apps.
There isn’t a negative thing I could say about Monticello Liquors or their staff! To top it all off, they are dog friendly and always welcome my fur baby into the shop with treats as if she were one of their own. If you haven’t been yet, checking out Monticello is a must, you won’t be disappointed!

Amazing staff and an all around welcoming experience. We live in the area and go to Monticello when we want to pick up drinks. Wide selection of wine and cold beer along with a knowledgeable and friendly staff to help with any questions you may have. Bonus - they are super dog friendly if you bring your pup along! Feels more like visiting friends than a store. 100% recommend!

I use Monticello Liquor for all of my events (which as a party planner, is monthly!) They not only offer incredible selections at great prices, their customer service is above and beyond! I can not recommend them enough!

This spot is amazing, the main staff that I usually see there Ricky, Joe, and John are all super helpful and will inform you about any products you are interested in. I personally would recommend this place over any other liquor stores I’ve been to in the past. They have an incredible selection ranging from all kinds of products. 1000% this is my new place

The guys at Monticello are always spot on with suggestions and they go out of their way to get to know your tastes. Superb finds in the Bordeaux section and they will try their best to accommodate your special orders. A real old fashioned neighborhood store.

Joe is such a pleasure to chat with! I have been coming here for five years and I always leave with a smile and everything that I need. Highly recommend for all your liquor needs!

Absolutely love this place. Bought many rare bottles of bourbon for gifts and this place never fails. The people who manage the store are always so welcoming and awesome. Shoutout to Ricky, Scott, and Joe for their help. They always help me find what I want and I’m more than satisfied leaving there.

I can not say enough good thinks about the staff at Monticello Liquor. The selection was amazing and I was in and out in minutes. Special thanks to Ricky, Scott, and Joe. Also being able to bring my dog in during the Texas heat is a real plus. Do yourself a favor and see for yourself.

Happened to see this place while out. Based on photos I knew it was worth visiting. I was pleased at how warm and transparent the staff was. (Thanks Scott!) My experiences have taught me that I should appreciate a store that doesn’t try to get over on people and has a quality selection. This is a store I greatly appreciated. The store owner allowed me to sample items as well which was a unique experience. Their knowledge base helped me to feel confident that I was buying the right bottle. I will be back.
