This is a long overdue review, but Gigi with interior design services did an amazing job helping me furnish and pull together our new home! I was feeling totally stumped and she patiently walked me through everything. We get tons of compliments on our decor and I’m still so appreciative!

The staff at this location are amazing!! They were able to help me find a duvet set that I’ve been dying to get my hands on. While I currently don’t live in Dallas, I will be back when I’m back in the area.

Sandy was absolutely wonderful. She patiently help with several questions I had. I was looking for an additional present for my wife on our anniversary and she was fantastic! Very professional, knowledgeable and she even wrapped the robe up for me. Would highly recommend this location!

This store is amazing! They aim to please down to the last detail! Cheryl has worked tirelessly to put together a beautiful room, careful to balance textures, color, and “feel” for a great look we will enjoy for years to come. Thank you, PB & Cheryl! You’re the best!

What a difference a store and it’s staff makes! Terrible experience with the Pottery Barn Galleria store yesterday, but Rodrigo, Sandy, and the great group at this store won me back over. Efficient, were able to do everything that the Galleria store said couldn’t be done and bent over backwards to help me. I’ll be back- thank you!

Love this store, always have beautiful things to buy! Bought slip covers for my pillows to change colors. They have a beautiful assortment to choose from. Love the holidays here. So much fun!

I am a designer and I refer people here all the time. They have very good quality furniture for affordable prices. My only gripe is that in bedding and decorations, they do it seasonally, so if you see something in May, it may no longer be available in July.

Sandy was amazing - she was incredibly patient - we picked out my entire furniture "wish list" - went out of her way to save money in shipping charges - she is simply the best - always ask for Sandy - she will not disappoint

Very busy yesterday, but Ramiro was excellent in helping me find a new bedding set despite the volume they were tending to.

I absolutely love their luxurious products and friendly, efficient customer service. I also had my bed delivered and assembled by them and it was truly a seamless experience.

Very large Pottery Barn with a great selection. They usually have items that other Pottery Barns don't have in stock.

Everyone was very helpful. I was picking up and order for my daughter and the order was ready so I was in and out quickly.

Staff is so friendly and inviting. Prices are high,but good quality. Wait for the holiday sales if you can.
