Love this department store at North Park Mall. It has a lot of discounts to offer. I enjoyed buying fragrance sets for gift for selected items with free engraving. It made my gift so special for the receiver. Highly recommended for family needs.

Janice in shoe department is like a fairy Godmother. She helped us find the prefect shoes and accessories that paired perfectly with the outfit. 5 stars isn't a high enough rating to rate our experience. We waited around to give kudos to her manager in person but they were not available. If your buying shoes ask for Janice.

The guy at the service desk was so nice to me... I could not believe it. Usually when I go into this bougie mall with my work clothes on I get all of the ugly and dirty looks but this guy actually helped me at the service desk with no issues he didn't give me any looks or said any smart comments he was so sweet I truly appreciate his genuine kindness. I am going to say the packaging of my item was definitely severely damaged but good thing that the perfume still stayed intact you guys should look into that

I like to purchase my cologne from here. I did surprised my special one buy favorite perfume as well. Overall, I’m satisfied, they have good deals sometimes on some clothing brands.

I had a wonderful experience with this location. My friend suffered a loss and needed to buy a dress for a funeral. I called and asked if we could be paired with a stylist who was aware of the situation so it would be as quick and painless as possible. I spoke to Albert on the phone and he immediately offered his help. He agreed to meet us and pull dresses. He was so helpful. Thank you Albert and Macy’s!

I stopped in the beautiful store of Macy’s last night and was amazed by the customer service Chris gave me. His expertise and knowledge go beyond what most other people in his field offer the customer! He is a “Light” and he made my day! Thank you, Chris!

Great ypscale store with attentive staff and a great selection. A bit understaffed in mens' department but womens' had plenty of people.

Entry to the mall stopped at 8 PM which was a surprise. You have to use the outside entrances.

Always have a good experience at Macy’s. I love the staff they’re helpful. I love their style and flare. It definitely fits my taste and lifestyle always a treat to come.

I liked the items I found here as well as the price for them. The store was big and clean and associates were helpful when I was in need.

I absolutely love this store in this location. The selection is always in abundance and the sale/clearance products are always a game changer. The staff is always friendly and helpful

I had a wonderful experience. DeAnte, Lancome sales associate gives you exceptional service. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and outstanding in making you feel comfortable and relaxed. I was given valuable information about the products. I absolutely recommend any one to shop at Lancome inside Macy's to ask for DeAnte. Thank you so much for the service provided. Chris Stark provided excellent customer service at the Northpark location when we came for an online pickup order. We were pleasantly surprised this year with Macys overall, finding all the major brands we loved available for Christmas!

Great shopping experience. Came here in need of attire for a black tie event at very short notice, managed to get everything easily and smoothly. Very grateful!

Sales lady in under wear was very helpful and nice.

I was very pleased with my purchase. But I was very disappointed to see that the gentleman who was doing the curbside delivery almost gave my package away without any identification or confirmation 😕
