Tomas was amazing. had a bit of a hiccup when buying a pair of shoes and a backpack on 12/09/2023.. but he was very apologetic about the situation. no harm done. great sales people.. helpful and most importantly I didn't feel intimidated or pressured to buy anything

Had a great experience this week at this location. Kendal was a great sales person. She was very helpful when I was looking to purchase a new wallet. She was very friendly and not pushy. The experience was all around great. One of the best I have had in a luxury retail store.

I want to say a special thank you for Pierre and the rest of the staff that were working I wish I got everyone’s name I didn’t unfortunately, but I had a situation we’re a suspicious man was following me around the mall to multiple different stores and I explained to Pierre that I was worried and uncomfortable he was so kind and protective even went out of his way to walk me to my car so that I was safe. The rest of the staff was SO kind, protective, and comforting it was a very scary experience but they put me at ease I am so very thankful for the staff at this location. I also felt welcomed compared to other luxury stores where I feel as if i’m an outsider. Appreciative x1000. ❤

Erin and your staff are awesome thank you again for taking care of my son's shoe situation. We got our shoe situation solved in several days due to the fact that these shoes were purchased in Berlin. Erin sent my sons shoes overnight . Thank you again
