I visited a number of storage units before deciding on this one. Melissa the site manager is amazing. The corporate website system messed up my order a few times but she always fixed it. She was also very understanding and accommodating in finding solutions when my move schedule got messed up. She is reason enough to use this storage. The storage units are clean and well taken care.

Melissa did a GREAT job helping me get my storage unit! She was very thorough with explaining my lease and all of the terms and conditions. She is very kind and I appreciate her help :)

This was my first time ever having a storage unit and I didn’t know what to expect but it was a pretty seamless process. The manager, Melissa, was so helpful and cooperative with my move-out, which was most important. I was moving everything alone and there happened to be bad weather on my final day but she allowed me extra time to get all my stuff which I was super grateful for!! Def recommend this location

Melissa made my unit rental easy and helped me get the rate I signed up for when there was a booking issue. My lock I bought from them got stuck in my door after the first use. They were able to get the locked removed in a timely manner, and even pro-rated the rest of the month for me because of that issue. I am very pleased with their service. Highly recommended!!

My key broke while moving in and Melissa was so helpful! She found me a unit within a few minutes and made sure the move went smoothly. 5/5 stars for customer service! Great place for storage needs.

I visited this location for the second time today & received the same amazing customer service as I did the 1st time. Melissa is the property manager and she help me make a decision on what works best for my storage needs. Today, I wanted to upgrade & she provide thee best customer support & service by helping me upgrade with ease & clarity. Not only is she friendly, with an amazing positive attitude, she made me feel like I can trust my personal property to be stored at this business & not only did I feel like a customer, but she made me feel that I was apart of the Public Storage team. I have only had positive experiences at this Public Storage location. I have had one unit for about 8 years and I recently had to get two more during a transitional move. Melissa has always been amazing and willing to jump in an help if carts were missing or not where they were supposed to be. She is always friendly and very knowledgeable. I would lease here again in the future if I need storage in the Dallas area. Love the new gate access system that you can use from your phone. Works great.

Melissa was absolutely great today. I really value good customer service and that is exactly what she rendered to me. She was very helpful, very knowledgeable and very kind and I got a storage quick without hassle.

The best service at this place from Melissa, makes one feel welcomed and wanting to stay longer. As she showed me the assigned unit, customers moving their personals in or out were so bragging about Melissa and the cleanliness of the place. Each time I've gone this place is impeccably clean and Melissa is always in the right frame of happy. I totally recommend this place. Reasonable prices too.

Awesome staff! Great customer service. Tyler specifically was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. Will definitely be referring my friends to this location simply because the staff was very polite and helpful. The location is ideal being right next to the airport. In addition, the process for getting and using your storage is so simple which is what I think anyone would prefer. 10/10!! Highly recommend.

Very easy to complete the transaction; staff super friendly - especially Jessica. She was warm and engaging, not to mention efficient. She took the time to show us the unit to ensure it was what we needed, explained all of the details as we completed the agreement and made it super easy. Jessica is the best!

My personal opinion on this location is great. The staff does a great job at keeping the inside and outside of the building very clean as well as the units. They are amazing people, with excellent customer service. Very accommodating to our needs. Bibi and Mr. Rick are very caring people, it was truly my pleasure meeting such kind, loving human beings.

We have stored with PS several times in different towns over the years, but this time around has been the very best. The facilities are very well kept, the location is fantastic for anyone in the general Park Cities/Bluffview area, and the staff is amazing! Bibi got us set up in the beginning and has been so helpful and pleasant any time I have questions. Tyler has seen me moving boxes and offered to carry them. Rick has been friendly each time I see him. The staff is truly delightful!! Great experience!

Bibi did a great job of getting my unit for me. The process is so easy with everything on the iPad. They set me up on auto pay so I never have to worry about being late with the payment. The facility is very nice and clean and staff is very friendly.
