Great place, wonderful decor and vibe -- vibrant without overwhelming. The stores selection is good though it's the usual upscale suspects, nothing unique. There is no kids' play area and eateries are spread out, but not so much as to hurt its rating.

Great place to buy nice merchandise from London, England. Cool pattern on their purses and shirts and jackets. I still don’t understand the difference between CoCo Chanel, Prada, Gucci, Burberry and other high end fashion brands. Personally I’m an under armor, Patagonia, REI, Columbia, LL Bean kind of guy. But maybe it’s the whole “different strokes for different folks philosophy.”

What started off as a “not so great experience” regarding a repair, was completely turned around to a fabulous experience solely because of Sherrie. She is the definitely of top-notch service. I would recommend only working with Sherrie Spence.

I have bought 3 bags and wallets with Alana. She is knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. She goes out of her way to make customers feel good. I will most definitely be purchasing from her again in the near future.

The staff is very kind and attentive and didn't try to push a sale on me. I ended up purchasing a scarf for my birthday. 🎉 Packaged well and everything is lovely. Thank you for the wonderful birthday wishes.

My customer service experience was excellent { way opposite to what I received at Louis Vuitton next door to them) the guy sales man was very patient and even took me to a mirror to model both purses to ensure I choose the one that I loved the most. He gave me his full attention the entire time and even gave us water. Would definitely return back to this location

Honestly, I enjoyed my shopping experience here vs the other high end brands. The young lady Mary Villa took great care of me. She showed me exactly how my monogrammed scarf would look prior to ordering and she went over the best font and color options. After we completed the order she kept her promise by calling me when the item was ready for pick up. If you go here, ask for Mary! oh she also offered drinks! lol

From the moment I walked in til I paid for the item Karim took exceptional care of me. He gave me several different options and asked all the right questions. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to make a purchase at the Northpark Burberry store.

We went in this evening to get a gift for my future brother in law. As soon as we walked in the sales guy, cute Latino, asked how we were and did we need assistance. We selected a cologne and he went to engrave it for us. He came back and told us that the R didn't turn out completely and he would do a new bottle. He went to engrave the second bottle and we cashed out with another clerk. The guy brought the cologne up, boxed it and gift wrapped it for us. He exemplifies what customer service should be!!!! I wish I knew his name so I could give proper kudos.

Always a pleasure shopping at Burberry. The Beverly Hills Rodeo store is what you could easily call a flagship. Gorgeous selection of coats and accessories, as well as a fantastic makeup counter that has skincare and fragrances also. We got really cute backpacks there in leather and gingham print. Good service here. The scarf collection is truly breathtaking.
