Best burger, ever. I just love this place. Gaby was amazing with her service and personality. Angela made the beautiful burger and was fun to watch while she did it. Thank you ladies!!

Food is delicious! I've been here a few times already and every time I come I'm always happy with the quality. Angela was very nice, even if it seems she's a bit overworked, and she was very accomodating to my very specific burger requests. If you want a good burger, come here!

Oh, and the custard is really good too.

Had a fantastic experience during my lunch break at Burgerfi! Will definitely come back for fast service, friendly people, and quality food!

I love the vegetarian options! Beyond Burger and their own veggie patty too. Also can be made gluten-free friendly by doing their "green style" - lettuce instead of bun. One of my favorite burger places around!

Burger Fi is the only burger joint I know of that can easily double as a low-key work space. It's my go-to spot for clean environment and hella good burgers. The atmosphere is open and chill, and they have a varied menu.

I go to the San Antonio locations often, but from the few times that I have stopped in to eat at the BurgerFi in Austin, I can honestly say that the service is phenomenal. Especially today which was National French Fry Day. The Managers definitely know what they are doing because the entire staff was getting out there. It was extremely packed, and they still managed to serve me the same quality food, and service that I know, love, and receive on any other day. I've seen a lot of people in the food industry panic under pressure when they are put in that position, but this location professionally held it down. Hoping to see one in New Braunfels one day. Until then, I really appreciate everything y'all do!

Awesome. Who knew healthy burgers could taste this good? The fries were awesome, the place feels comfy, and Angela was super friendly and helpful. I woke up with a craving for 5 Guys, but my wife wanted to check out this place, and I'm very glad we came here instead.

Great food and atmosphere. So clean! Nathan handed out samples of their fabulous frozen custard. We had to order more it was so good. They serve the best strawberry shakes ever!

Love stopping in on my way home from work to pick up food for the family. The burgers are solid and the fries are awesome. My picky 4 year old loves the kids grilled cheese and that he gets his favorite juice box.

My favorite burger place in town. I recommend the Conflicted Burger with a side of fries, which are some of the best in town. The onion rings are top notch. They also have the Coca-Cola Freestyle machines, which are an added bonus.

10 months later and my family is still going here quite frequently. Really speaks to the quality of the place.

I ordered their veggie burger and it was delicious! Perfectly cooked and great flavor. The fries were also delicious, loved them! Only complaint was that it was a little expensive, but totally worth it. Can't wait to go back!

The staff is always friendly and the food is very high quality. Our server, Pamela, went out of her way to bring us our food and improved our overall experience of the visit.The manager, Steve, game us a warm greetings and came to the front to say hello. I will definitely be returning for the food, but also the friendly staff and management.

Food was affordable and tasted godly. Customer service was undeniably the best I’ve had in years. Lukas was very helpful in informing flavors and Gabby also led us to our choices on our burgers. The CEO was perfectly cooked and taste was brilliant.

I asked for the manager to compliment my time there and the food, and she came out with some flour or batter on her shirt. But that just shows how the managers don't just sit around, they work hard and side by side with their crew. It was a great dining experience and very friendly, I will definitely be going back regularly. Thank you Gabby and staff!

Super tasty burger! In house made fries!Burger is worth the wait. Staff is very friendly, especially Angela who helped us out today on our first visit.
They have that coke custom mix machine that is always a winner.
Need to try custard, dogs, and craft beer next time. Could see this as good spot before or after your Alamo movie.

I was hesitant to come because I hadn’t ever heard of this place but it is SO good! The salt and vinegar fries were amazing and the burger was hands down one of the best burgers I’ve ever had! Not to mention the service! Nathan was so helpful and attentive and great! 10/10 would recommend to everyone ☺☺

Great restaurant experience! Music perfect volume and customer service is great. The Cashier Chase brought my food out and was a great conversationalist and when I was done he wanted to know what I thought about the food he suggested. I Just got the conflicted burger and just WOW.

Amazing service by Lukas and Gabby, increadibly helpful, attentive, and pleasant. Few other restaurants have made me feel as welcome. And the food was transformative. Our table ordered various burgers and shared so we could try them all, each one was in it's own class. Worth every cent and second spent there. Will absolutely come again. Have the Urban style fries and you will never want regular fries again.

This place is awesome! Their food is delicious and the staff is really helpful and on top of everything! Belle and Riley helped me and my friend with our orders and made sure we were happy. I suggest their urban fries and a chocolate custard

I love this place. I eat here almost everyday. Gabby is an amazing manager and super pretty and Graham is super helpful and funny. Sam, Liz and Julia are super hard workers. Good food = Good mood. Come to burgerfi!
