The entire Planet Ford Team is awesome! I have been doing business with them since 2018! I have grown to have a friendship with Scott in Sales and Carlo in finance two of the best! They have both been my “go to” when purchasing a car. I went to purchase a car for my daughter and ended up with getting myself a new Explorer as well as Mustang for my daughter. I can’t thank everyone at Planet Ford enough for always making me feel like their only customer. Hands down the best customer service in the automotive industry!!!

My experience at Planet Ford of Dallas was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped onto the lot, I was greeted by Cason, who turned out to be an incredibly knowledgeable and friendly salesman. He patiently showed me a variety of options and answered all of my questions with clarity and honesty.

The finance manager, Carlo, was equally impressive. He walked me through the financing process seamlessly and made sure I understood all of my options thoroughly.

What truly set Planet Ford apart for me was their commitment to customer satisfaction. During the final inspection, we noticed some scratches on the windshield. Without hesitation, they offered to have someone come out to my house and replace it, ensuring that I left completely satisfied.

I was in the market for a new Ford Bronco and my father insisted that I drive an hour to Dallas. He promised they'd take excellent care of me & that's exactly what happened. Scott was a top notch salesman! Knowledgeable, friendly, down to earth and most of all... Not pushy! Carlo in finance was exceptional! He was extremely nice & made us feel right at home. After that, we meet with Pierre! He walked me through every exterior & interior detail of my new Bronco! Great guy as well!! From arrival at the lot to when we drove off in my amazing new Bronco was about 2.5 hours. That's INCREDIBLE SERVICE!! I highly recommend Planet Ford!

Very pleasant and informative experience at the dealer this last Saturday. Joe was awesome! I knew pretty much what I wanted, he didn’t try and talk me into taking a higher trim level I didn’t want. Was patient with me when I was trying to find info they needed and kept me updated at all points in the process. Would not hesitate to find Joe again when I’m in the market for another vehicle.

This is where you want to go for a REAL, friendly car buying experience. My 14YO son purchased his first truck here last week and absolutely everyone treated him with kindness and consideration. Nobody spoke down on him due to his age, they were polite and excited for him! Everybody, from the first phone call to the last exchange was authentic and kind. I purchased my truck from another local dealership and overall have had fairly good service. However, I recently started taking my vehicle to Planet Ford for service as it is closer to my office. Scheduling the appointment was easy, my service advisor (Jacob) was friendly and knowledgeable, and he promptly scheduled me a shuttle after I dropped my truck off. After the service was completed, my truck was delivered to my office building and it was extremely helpful as my day was completely full with meetings. The driver was very polite and professional. My experience was excellent and I truly feel like the service team went "above and beyond". You have earned a new customer.

I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour and still in disbelief this baby is mine! Big shout out to Scott Manfred, he went above and beyond for me and truly made this process a BREEZE! My husband is next and now 10000% have our business for life.

I received a call from Planet Ford saying their records showed that I had a couple recalls that needed to be taken care of on my Bronco. They asked if I'd like them to come out and take care of them with their mobile service. Love this, it was great. I didn't even have to pull the truck out of the garage.

From the beginning greeting and handshake, Nolan did an excellent job helping me with a new Ford Edge. The truth is, this is my fourth new Edge from Planet Ford (formerly Park Cities Ford)! Selling me on the car is like shooting fish in a barrel: I was pretty much a sure thing... as long as the Finance guys would bring me 1) a good interest rate and 2) desirable payments. Randy delivered on the Finance side, and Nolan did an excellent job on the Sales.

Just had an awesome car buying experience here. My salesman Joe D’Angelo was a blast to work with. I called about a 2022 Explorer they had for sale and Joe had it pulled up, waiting for me to test drive when I got there. He made the whole buying process smooth with my trade-in. I was in and out in a couple hours. Would love to shop there again and recommend the dealership to anyone.

Went in to look around and came out with a car! Eddie, Joe & Chuy are so sweet and so helpful! They really helped me get a good car with a great deal! Eddie is the man to go to when in the market! I really like this place and would recommend them to anyone.

I use my ford edge 2018 and I got recall letter from Ford. I hav bad experience from other dealer on 75 and want to try new dealer , once i contact them only one day the next day Ford planet send mobile service to my work place and fix the thing that i have to chance, i really impress the service .

My husband and I came to this dealership after bad customer service at 3 previous dealership. My husband had been in contact with this awesome young salesman Jared Torres. I had my doubts because of my previous dealership experience. As soon I stepped into the dealership I felt a positive energy. Employees immediately came to assist us but my husband request to speak to Jared. The employees notified Jared and one person said Jared is a great guy. The moment Jared approached us he was courtesy, professional and attentive. He showed us 2 vehicles we were interested in. When we discussed finance there was no bullying or hassle. Jared followed through we were able to close a deal. Then we met the business manager Randy York that had the same great customer service attributes as Jared. Randy is a positive light. I shared with him my previous experience with other dealerships and he showed empathy. He didn't have to and we appreciate that. I'm glad my husband chose Planet Ford Dallas and I am definitely pleased with my vehicle. I am definitely recommending family and friends to this dealership. It was a great experience!!

Great, great experience. They were able to get me an estimate within 2 days, for a fender/bumper repair. I wanted to hold off on the work initially, but a week later decided to just get it fixed, & they were super flexible with my questions, time changes, etc. I was able to drop my car off as soon as I was ready to get it repaired, on a weekend at my convenience, & they were able to source the parts seemingly immediately. The receptionist is very friendly, and always got me over to Alan, the guy in charge of my car, who was honest, friendly, and wasted no time with me in person or on the phone. Car looked great when I picked up, it was done on time, and they washed it. Excellent body shop!

I’ve purchased two cars from Planet Ford. Each time, I’ve worked with the dealer to set up trade ins and payments. Each transaction felt fair, and I will continue working with this dealership when ready to look into purchasing another car.

The service department is easy to schedule service and basically maintenance is timely and affordable. For more serious service, such as a recap, I was provided a loaner and service was completed as soon as possible.

Thank you for aiding me in my purchase of my 2024 Mustang. I appreciate the amazing communication throughout the entire process with the great staff of this dealership! Five stars for all staff
