The crew that was at Dee Lincoln at The Star last night was absolutely amazing. They were fast, fun, courteous, professional & had great customer service. I highly recommend Lone Star Valet for all of your valet needs!! They definitely go above and beyond in all they do. ❤

Stacey is so pleasant and helpful. The first day of our trip several people were checking in and though busy he kept his cool and made us feel very welcome. Over the next 3 days he recognized us and made us laugh with jokes while helping us in and out of the car. As the face of Canopy this week Stacey was a shining star.

I don’t trust most people to park my cars. Lone Star Valet parks my cars every day when I come to work at The Star in Frisco. These guys are a FIRST CLASS crew! They always greet me with a smile and a great attitude. They park my cars with plenty of room around them, so I don’t get any door dings, and they NEVER put their hands on my paint, so NO FINGER PRINTS on my cars! You can trust these guys with your ride, whatever you have, they will take good care of it for you.

We have had the tremendous honor of being served by Stacey with Lone Star Vallet for several years now. We choose the Canopy by Hilton in Uptown Dallas because of Stacey. He has a gift of genuinely connecting with us and making us feel like we’re home. Whether we are here for work or pleasure, we look forward to seeing his smiling face. He is a national treasure. When I receive excellent service I let it to be known. Gloria is great and she amazes me how she always remembers me by name. She is the type of individual I would want on my team with her high energy and professionalism about her. I trust Gloria and I have never had any issues with my vehicle and I use your services alot. Stacey is super awesome! We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, but valet was exceptional service and especially in the rain. Can’t say enough great things about Stacey. We will be back for sure!

I had two recent experiences at Jose (DELICIOUS Lunch & Dinner)!! While Jose was super - I wanted to take the time to compliment the staff at Lone Star Valet (Cody & Carlos). Their customer service was exceptional! They were professional, courteous, spiffy & speedy! Their attention to detail elevated my experience and made me feel like a VIP!

What is there to say about LoneStar Valet of Winstar that isn’t fantastic??? Couple people that stick out to me but 1 in particular I can’t talk highly enough about. Gloria greeted me in a friendly promptly manor and I didn’t have to wait.! She is the best if you ask me, she not only gives you 5 star experience but she goes out of her way to make sure every customer is satisfied and given best experience possible!

Valet service is amazing! Gloria, makes every visit easy and efficient, her customer service is always with a smile 😃. She has been serving me for years and seems like she never let's anything get her down. Keeps me going back.

I've been a fan of Lone Star Valet for YEARS. Our most frequent experiences are at The Star and the Cowboys Club. The valets know us by name and are the friendliest people on earth. It's that little extra touch that makes you feel like you're exiting the vehicle and stepping onto red carpet somewhere.
