I had a wonderful experience at Rivery. The front staff was kind and they were very timely with getting me back for my appointment. My dental hygienist, Courtney, was awesome! She did a thorough cleaning and constantly checked in to make sure I was doing good. Dr. Ali did my exam and was also great and helpful! Overall had a great experience with Rivery Dental and will be back.

I had never been to a dentist in my life. The staff and Doctor in Georgetown office were EXCELLENT and very polite and professional. They put me at ease and explained everything so that I understood what next steps would be. 💯 satisfied with my visit.

Dr.Wong and her staff are very kind, courteous and caring. I suffer from fear of dental work and Dr. Wong and the staff make sure I am comfortable and at ease anytime I have dental needs. They give me a treatment plan and my exact out of pocket prior to every treatment, no surprises. Every time I leave this office, I feel like the staff truly cares about my dental health and about me as a patient.

This dental office staff is top notch. The front desk to Dr Wang. Ive been coming here since covid and have always had a positive experience— even when I had to have two crowns! Dr Wang is the best! Her hygienist are super kind, good energy and thorough and her front desk staff is incredibly helpful!

Being a college student that is interested in the dental hygiene field, I reached out to Rivery Dental to obtain observation hours. Not only was the team super responsive, but they handled everything astonishingly and were very accepting about my inquiry. While observing, I learned a lot about the field. However, I learned even more about Rivery Dental and the team. The way this team flows is delightful. Every member of the team knows their role, knows where to be, and knows how to get their patients cared for. We as patients don’t get to see this during our appointments. I can assure you, the team at Rivery Dental knows what they’re doing and will handle any dental needs with passion, care, and swiftness.

Very professional and skilled, top to bottom. Cannot recommend them more highly. Dr. Wang is so thorough and informative, and lets you know every step of the way what’s going on so there are no surprises. Very calming, as well. Thanks to reagan who assistant with me she was very efficient and professional and caring .and the entire team as well.

I have been a patient at Rivery dental 4-5 years now, however, today was the best experience! Starting with hygienist Alyssa, she was calming & genuinely concerned about the steps needed for my dental care. Dr Ali was friendly, professional, & made me feel very confident in highly possible upcoming future oral surgical procedure!

The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was very sweet and pursued conversation even though I was sleepless and quiet, which I appreciated because it snapped me out of it! As well as, everyone was very kind and sweet, including Dr. Wang❤

Rivery Dental is wonderful! I’ve had a couple of crowns done as well as regular cleanings. The work they do is top notch. Everyone is professional but very nice. They are prompt and you never have to wait more than a few minutes to be called in.

I was seen today for initial evaluation by Dr. Wong. She was friendly, thorough and fully explained a treatment plan to redo an old crown and previous root canal. It seems a cavity has started between two teeth and is not painful since I’ve had a root canal. She also prescribed a toothpaste to help reduce sensitivity resulting from gum recession.

Allison was very methodical with her cleaning and explained everything to me. She was awesome you guys have been wonderful with me. Thank you.

I went in for emergency appointment. I was very satisfied with the friendly and professionalism of the staff as well as the cleanliness of the office. For a dentist appointment it was a good experience.

I don’t like the dentist, but they do such a great job. I’m coming from a dentist who has a “if it’s not broke don’t fix it” mentality. Rivery Dental has been so good with my first cleaning in (about) 3 years. I didn’t go to the dentist because I don’t like going and had a poor experience at a different dentist in Austin. Rivery Dental is good at accommodating with sufficient numbing, slick with the needle (I didn’t even see it until it was being taken out of my mouth), they use some simple tricks to distract you and they go over very well. The TVs help distract you from what’s being done in your mouth. Any time you need a break or anything you just need to “raise your left hand”. They have a level of comfort (with minimal overhead from the looks) to help ensure this. Staff for scheduling and questions are super nice and helpful. Dr. Wang is faster than any other dentist I’ve been to so far. I have been so please, I’m getting a new night guard from them along with all my future cleanings. For someone who doesn’t enjoy the dentist, this dentist and office is very good.

5 star it's not even enough for this place!! Professional & super friendly staff. If u have a toddler and they need a dental work this is the place for your little ones 💖 No Needle no drills!! They have a special laser it does the magic work💖 Especially for the little ones most dentist wants to the general anesthesia or drinking stuff and laughing mask ,I can't tell u how much we stressed out for our 2 years old daughter in the past when the dentist put her under general anesthesia so much risk involves and as a parent u do not want to do that to your child's. Both my toddlers we're so happy great experience and absolutely no pain, Very pleased with their service. They even have a little toilet for your little ones and little sink my kids are in love with this place!!? Thank u Dr Wang💖😘

Today I established myself as a new patient because of the staff and care from Dr. Wang. Great communication, patience, and care. Don't hesitate to give them a try.

These ladies here are amazing! I went in for an extraction that I was a tiny bit scared of cause it was a root canal tooth. I got in super quick too! I’m sad I didn’t catch all their names but my dental assistant was amazing and so was my Doctor! Always asked if I’m doing okay and the procedure was quick and easy. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! 🫶🏼
