Circle K

I stopped coming here due to the store was always dirty and the cashier was so rude. But now that I stopped in one day I will continue to come, there is a new manager Audrey (the best) and new cashiers that are just awesome not to mention they are now open 24 hours the over night girl is so nice and helpful too.
P.s the store is actually clean and smells good.

This Circle K normally has the best gas price in town. We like the location of this station because it is easily accessible from more than one place, even though it is at one of the busiest intersections in Georgetown. I also like their fountain drink prices. The pump areas are kept clean.

There was a lot of excitement when we were there a couple of weeks ago. A pickup truck straightened out a curve in the road going at a high rate of speed, jumped a median, the curb, took out a metal sign post, then took out the corner of the building and a gas pump! I jumped out of my vehicle to make sure my husband was ok, (he was out filling the car) and immediately called 911. Luckily no one was hurt.

The store was clean and the person running the register was friendly. But I couldn’t get the beer I wanted half the coolers were empty. Must have been a busy weekend.

Nothing against the workers they are great... problem is the gas coupon they sent me. It doesn't work when you get outside. I would of went to Walmart for gas because it was cheaper., but got a text from circle K to save 15 cent a gallon.. not the 1st time either

This store has a line out the door every time I come in here. You have 5 workers an and one working. Open up the registers not just one. Kids always in there holding up the line m. At lease open the register for kids and the other register for people that have thing to do. I open the door and see that line and I leave. And I am not the only one. I watch 6 people open the door and do the same thing just left. And the older african American lady in there is rude as hell.

This store is horrible if you're single woman by yourself. One side of the hole entire gas station is open in unlock. You have to walk around the entire store to get to the open door seeing. Is there it's? 2. Sides to? The gas pumps. Dude was extremely rude told me that the sodas were located in the back of the store. And he clearly knew clearly no that there was no sodas in the entire stork including on the shelf in the cooler. Unprofessional uncool and I won't send my worst enemy here.

Worst store ever. Coke machine is always empty of products and never has ice. Was told the tea urns were for decoration only. Havent been used in 3 years. Employees are rude and uncaring. Pretty sorry experience for the last 10 visits.

Another visit to your 700 N Austin Ave, Georgetown, TX 78626 location was a complete waste of time. 1) the area around the gas pump is horrible. 2) Items are never stocked in this store. 3) The store is closed at 6PM which is prime time for people getting off of work.

I went in to the store today 8/26 @ 12:20ish and they were again, totally out of stock on grizzly wintergreen longcut. The manager there does not know how to keep a back stock inventory. I went to a Quick Trip and they had rolls of the stuff in back stock. If you have a product that moves, you order more of it to meet the demand. It's not a concept that a manager should have a hard time with. Yet again and again it's an issue. I have photographs taken in public view, of how awful this store is.

I will continue to post to every social media outlet and review site I can find to spread the word of how deplorable this store is because there has been no action to correct this pattern of store management. I will continue to send emails to every corporate email address I can scrape on the web. My review on Google is only a month old and has 1,000 views. I will not stop providing feedback on this store until it is up to par with the standards I know Circle K has.

I email corporate every other day about this location. Never stocked properly, always out of Cherry Dr. Pepper in the coke machine. Drink section and shelves are always empty or look unprofessional. I am on a crusade for this store to learn how to order and stock products correctly. The QuikTrip down the street has no problem doing it. Look at the picture taken today. Dirty floor, wrappers and napkins on the floor, cups not stocked, counter is just a sticky dirty mess over flowing trashcan.

Now I picked up wrappers and paper and closed the trash can, but that's not my job. I am not going away and will not stop until I can walk in this store, not be disgusted, get what I need and walk out.

Just visited. There is a shortage of currency? Please tell me they don't expect me to believe that. All the money didn't get burned up and thrown away. They would rather you pay with plastic. Then just SAY that dont display a lie.
If you were serious enforce EVERY customer to mask. Save all of our health. If you're open for business then have to guts to do the right thing for the community. Thr few that can't masks probable shouldn't be out in the first place. If your out of your home, WEAR a mask. Even if the business is worried to enforce on EVERYONE

Who is makin your marketing strategy, and who comes up with your round about decisions? ACT should look into how this zone is run, or aparently
mis- managed

Worst store I’ve ever been to in 40 years. Coolers are empty, cases stacked up in the walkway. Fountain soda machine broke, dirty floors. Absolutely horrible

Online it says the store is open 24hr. I came here after work and doors are locked and no one working. I went out of my way to come here because it says 24hr and thought it’d be open. Really frustrating you shouldn’t post one thing online and do something different. People rely on your posted hours of open service.

Was not a good company to work for. Definitely don’t appreciate their employees. The managers have bad customer service.
