AT&T Store

This store never disappoints. In particular, Retail Sales Consultant, Doug Tarrance is a standout employee. His skills are superlative when it comes to addressing problems with customer's phones, and he is very generous with his time. Mr. Tarrance is now my go to person when I need help with my phone. He's explains everything that he's doing to remedy your problems, and is very pleasant to deal with. While you always hope you don't need help with your devices, it's always reassuring knowing someone of Doug's caliber is available to sort things out. - G. Black, Georgetown, Texas.

I had a fantastic experience with Jackie at the Georgetown Rivery location. Incredibly helpful, excellent communications, friendly, professional, and efficient. Jackie genuinely valued us as customers, delivering exactly what we needed. Highly recommend!

Branden was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to resolve our concerns. And when he had exhausted what he could do, he respectfully asked for help and was able to fix the problem. He is an extreme asset to AT&T and should be considered for supervisor, Asst manager or Manager of a store. His personality is something that should be considered in moving him up. Or at least be considered a Trainer on Customer Service. We thoroughly enjoyed his presentation in helping us to solve the issue I had with my phone. He deserves a higher than 10 score and when I want to upgrade I will definitely go and see him. Thank you again Branden and as a Veteran, you exceeded every expectation of Customer Support. I was at this store and the service was incredible and professional. I cannot say enough about Dionne, she was so helpful and so professional. If I could give her 10 stars I would in a second. She helped me more in 15 minutes than the 3 plus hours I spent on the phone with AT & T customer service. When it is time to purchase my next phone I will be dealing with Dionne. Thanks for solving my problem.

I’ve been in about 3-4 times over the last 2 months to buy new phones for the family and talk about plan options and other stuff. I’ve had Paul B each time I’ve gone in, randomly but I really appreciate the time that he takes to answer all my questions, help me navigate my plan and make sound decisions to match my expectations. He’s always very pleasant and patient with my million questions and even remembered me from a previous visit. I prefer human interaction if I’m unable to find what I need on the website and will ask for Paul from now on. Thank you!!

Charles was amazing. He knew everything and made the experience fast and easy. I was on a time crunch and needed a new phone and he made sure to not only get me in and out in the time that I needed, but made me feel comfortable about the whole process. He is really great at what he does.

I had a very confusing situation with a lot of phone lines to sort through and one line to cancel. Doug was very patient and he has excellent customer service skills. He helped resolve my issue the first time, and I made a mistake and he helped fix the same thing a second time and explained everything.

The service staff is fabulous... Greeted us the moment we walked in and i was in retail business, so Im a hard sell!!!!

Fantastic job! I went in thinking I wouldn’t have a phone for a few days, and they did everything possible to make sure I made it out with a phone. They even noticed I was not receiving the proper discounts and applied it to my account right then. Excellent job! Thank you!

I the staff was amazing? They were moving fast trying to help all the customers including myself. The manager was exceptionally efficient. I complimented her and told her I would love to have employees like her. Very knowledgeable and everyone was great!!!

We were hesitant of going back to this location since previously we didn’t receive the best experience, but we are so happy we decided to give it another shot. When walking in right away were helped. Douglas T. went above and beyond to help us purchase new phones. He answered all of our questions and gave us a lot of helpful information that led us to picking our new phones AND new Apple Watch. He was very friendly and made sure we left satisfied with our purchases. For anyone going into this store, go and ask for Doug to help you out. He was very knowledgeable on the phones and will make sure it’s what will work best for what you need. Doug, thank you so much for making it such an easy and great experience for us.
