I went to purchase plants and was thrilled to find both indoor and outdoor very happy with the customer service I received. The plants are healthy.

Terry in the plumbing department was incredible and deserves a raise. He took time to walk us through everything we needed to replace our water heater. Very valuable employee who should be appreciated. Will be back again thanks to his service.

I’ve been going to this Home Depot to get concrete blocks for months and Obed has been SO nice and generous to help me load them. One of the nicest guys and it’s evident he loves his job and the people around him!

Edith…associate at Georgetown Hone Depot….was extremely helpful to work a military verification snag in the computers. She was patient, positive, knowledgeable, and determined. While the computer processing was slow…she even helped other customers rather than waste employee time. She is a dynamic customer service associate….and I am most grateful.

Got some paint and some wood and finished the bottom paneling of my guest bedroom

Robert Alvarez installed our attic ladder this morning. He arrived about 10:45. He said he would be here between 10 - 11:00. Nice to see him in a timely manner. He was in contact twice this morning and letting us aware of his activities. He introduced himself and gave us his business card. He got right to work and quickly had the old ladder removed and soon the new aluminum ladder sas installed. It was secured, the leg extenders were added, the molding was replaced, he cleaned up and took away the old ladder. Robert did a 5 Star Job. I would ask for him in thr future, and gladly tell others about him.

Found what I needed, stuff I didn't, forgot half of what I did, and will definitely be back. Clean as always, employees I encountered were kind and helpful.

I want to praise employee Nick in the garden center for his help with loading 20 bags of landscape rock onto a cart for my daughter and me! He was a HUGE help and very friendly!!

Found Plants at half the cost of a nursery we were just at. Staff very friendly and helpful. Got aunt sample quickly

I used to shop at lowes more than home depot, but I switched when home depot started giving veterans a 10% discount. This store is always clean, staff is helpful and I like that I can use my phone number to get the veterans discount when checking out, I used to have to open a qr course on my phone.

Obed in the garden center was a great help. All the employees there go above and beyond. Obed than helped take a separate cart and followed me to my car since I was pushing my daughters stroller. Thanks again Obed!

Found everything I needed and the staff is helpful & friendly. Got a new Hello Kitty key randomly 🙌🏾

There's plenty of places to do home shopping. I'm lucky that the closest most convenient location happens to always be full of the friendliest staff. Today I met Maurice Clark in the door handle section who helped me get me items as we chatted about our love for music. And Edith who helped me check out who taught me how upcs line up with the item number on the receipt as we confirmed our smart lock. It's the little things, when employees take it just the right amount of slow, that makes a place a return destination. This location has it down pact. I can even remember Scott's name from a week ago who helped me in the tools department, and gave me a water bottle from the employee fridge because I was dripping sweat. (Granted he's been helping me for 2 years now and always a pleasure.) Sorry - last name drop. Guiellermo who politely smiled when he saw I bit off more than I could chew but still helped me get the fork in my mouth :) Even the kids who helped me load my truck - scrappy go getters. I'll continue to do my shopping here simply because when I come I walk into a place of people who are just as excited as I am to try and build some cool stuff for my house.

Every time I need something for working on the house, there is always a large selection of items and friendly service here so it's my standard go to place. Parking spaces are abundant, but on the weekend it can get pretty busy and crowded. I also love the constant seasonal selections for showing your holiday spirit.
