This is a top-notch place with a wonderful, helpful group of people. Nicole Higginbottham is a shining star! We, as a family are so grateful to have her as my wife's primary care provider! We have never experienced such care and attention like she has provided. THANK YOU Nicole and staff for all you do each day!

I was looking for a new PA and found Amanda LeQuire through a friend. She was awesome, young, very informative about women’s issues even though she has not physically experienced it yet. I really liked her. She was extremely knowledgeable. She put my mind at ease. Scale 1-10, she’s a 10.

Switched to this clinic from ARC based on the recommendation of a friend. Very pleased with my first visit with Terri Jones. She was attentive, knowledgeable and willing to try multiple avenues for my concerns instead of quickly prescribing more medication. She also called me personally, after business hours, to discuss my lab results. So far I am happy all the way around.

I've used Nicole Higgenbothem-FPA & this health facility as my Primary Care for 10 years. Always excellent care and nurse & office staff are always pleasant & attentive. I highly recommend their services.

I am so unbelievably grateful to have found this place and Dr. Teri Jones. I have never had a PCP because I have never felt comfortable enough with Doctors in the past to want to establish care with them, so I would just see whatever Doctor was available at BSWH. The moment I met Dr. Teri I knew I wanted her as my primary care doctor, I brought my son and my husband all in to establish care with her. And thank God I did because my son got the flu a week later which turned into pneumonia and Dr. Teri has been there every step of the way. She calls herself after hours to give me results, check on my son, to schedule our next appointment. It has been very comforting knowing that I can get a hold of her if I need to if things take a turn for the worse. Thank you Dr. Teri and Family First!!

Dr. Lequire, and the personnel at Family First Healthcare exceeded my expectations! They were all eager to help and had patience with me, as I am disabled and have quite a few issues. I am grateful for Dr. Lequire's undivided attention, her friendly down-to- earth personality, her good bedside manner, her common sense and knowledge. I was able to talk to her about quite a few things, with comfort in knowing she was genuinely listening, understanding, making referrals for me and helping me get back on track with my health care. I accompanied a family member to an appointment with Nicole Higgenbotham and found her to be very caring, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She answered all of our questions and took care of what we needed. I highly recommend her.

My visit is always good and I love Miss Terry to pieces I'd like to thank her for all she does for me and all the help she gives me. Also I had blood drawn by a young black man and I never felt him stick me and I never got a bruise he's very good. Thank you all for being there for me

Very nice receptionist. She remember our name after a while year. Annual exam when off without a hitch and Terry was quick, clear, and confident. Expect nothing less from a fellow Chicagoan.

Laura Higginbotham, is the best of the best! She listens, and takes her time; making sure that the patients needs are always met. It's just a shame there aren't a dozen more just like her!
