I had just came from the mall, went to shop at their store for the first time for a christmas gift. I personally know the owners wife, great person. I was helped with great customer service today with the staff. I’m always up for supporting a local business. The store is well organized and clean with its upkeep. Now, the shoe price was listed to be $185 but I left paying $216. I was taxed for “Texas state fee” and “City of Arlington fee”. If I had it shipped I would’ve paid $211. I picked up directly from the store and had to pay more. I personally thought being taxed was so much and was unnecessary but I can say I am proud of these owners success on how far they have become with this business. Everything went great I just feel like they did over tax however I am satisfied with my purchase. I will still give it 5 stars.
