Nordstrom Rack

Called today to extend my purchase that was pending pick up… and the lady that helped me was a big help and Super nice!! Thank you Nordstrom Rack for hiring such loving souls to help us on a fun shopping Journey.

Andy from the shoe department is AMAZING! He looked for a certain pair of shoes for me for almost 30 minutes and was so kind to me over the phone. He even left them at the check out so I could pick them up and go. Great customer service from Andy!

I shopped at the Arlington location. The store was very well stocked, and everything was neatly displayed on the floor. This made it a pleasure for me to shop there. I loved the items that I purchased.

What a bright organized place to shop. They are located within the mall adjacent to an entrance door. The items were neatly displayed by size and article type. The sales were were awesome. I found a beautiful black and white skirt and a pair of casual black flats!

Bought two great pieces of luggage for a great price. Store was packed but check out speed was reasonable for the volume of people shopping.

This is my happy place. I always find great bargains, great prices, and awesome brands and products. I am never disappointed. Most of the time I am just perusing the store. Occasionally I find that perfect shoe, you know the ones you don’t need, but one day you might so you get them anyway and convince yourself they are a must have. And maybe one day they will be :-)

This place was huge. My first time in a mall where the ice skate rink was in the inside. The movies was nice and specious. Round 1 was nice and the games all worked.

Great customer service. I called asking for a purse and they were willing to go to the sells floor to find it for me. I appreciate it so much. They are the best!!

Well stocked and organized. Friendly staff. They carry a wide selection of large size women's shoes up to size 13. Heavily discounted MAC, and Urban Decay makeup. Brand name purses at clearance prices. Great deals at this location.

I ordered some shoes online and they was ready the next day. I go in and come right back out. They have the greatest customer service

I had to return a pair of boots and pants that I purchased on the RACK app. The cashier was very pleasant (even though I was returning and not buying) and let me know that she could pull up all of my purchases with just one receipt. The return was so fast and easy that I had time to shop around and will continue to order things without hesitation.

Omg by far the best retail experience I've ever had! Tonia is the best!!! So attentive and kind. She helped me out to find an outfit for my interview. She even called up to the cashier to wish me luck. The young lady cashier was the sweetest as well. They found a customer for life. Great prices too! I usually shop online but will now go into the store as well. I recommend this place for sure!!

My favorite place to shop never disappoints me..they have a great selection of clothes, shoes, jewelry and housewares that are priced reasonably. Look for the hidden $.01 items. You won't know until you check out. It's a fun game.

Samorn was great!! Best to ever tailor a suit for me. I told her exactly how I wanted the suit to fit me and once she was done I could not have been more happy with the results! I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a great tailor! Thanks again Samorn!!
