I went there the other day for my son's football items and wanted to say Tyson went above and beyond with bringing us so many options of different water bottles he could choose from. Then at checkout Justin was very informative and showing us something new I wasn't aware of. It was these pop in flavors full of electrolytes ball you could put in the bottles which I thought was very cool.

Everything you need for sporting, hiking, hunting, kayaking, camping and much more available under one roof. I have been shopping from here since years and they haven’t disappointed a single time.

This review is for Ray in the golf section— he was incredibly kind and helpful. He helped me pick out a new set of clubs and listened to what I wanted and needed.

I was greeted today by Aaron, a young gentleman that said he was 18 and he had just started. I wanted to give him 5 stars because he helped me ever step of the way. He continued to say "yes ma'am." He was so polite and respectful. I hope the managers recognize him for bringing great value to that store. I had just left another store(Academy) to buy the same things and wasn't able to get help so I left. They could use an Aaron too. Lol 😆 Keep up the good work.

The staff here was super helpful. Helped my find weightlifting gloves and some baseball pants. They helped me dig through and find the size I needed and were honestly happy to help. Management should be proud of the intrinsically driven staff that are improving the store reputation. Manager on duty 4/15/2019 at 9:00pm (sorry, forgot his name) was the most helpful person. Thank you for all the trouble you went to in order to help out!

Great place for outdoor products. Looking at kayaks. Starting prices were $180. High end prices ranged from $500 to $800. The single seats were all about 10 feet long. They had great colors and comfortable seating with moveable foot rests. Half were open seating (no enclosures) and the other half had seating with cover at the bow for feet and supplies and behind the seat for supplies. They also had standing paddle boards. I was not interested in them yet. I would rather sit for the longer river trips.

Just bought a bike here and the staff was so friendly and helpful. They tested out the bike for us and made sure everything worked and was safe and helped adjust the seat for my son. Thank you.

This place is awesome for all your outdoor needs and then some. Even though they might not have everything you are looking for, their customer service is outstanding and makes up for it. I went to get my bike serviced, Matt was there and was friendly and ready to help answer any questions I had and was extra courteous.

Jalen was very nice and helpful when I needed to make an exchange, and the transaction was smooth and hassle free, he even got me help finding what I needed. Thank you Ace for being professional and having patience helping my grandson. I truly appreciate y’all having true customer service which is very rare now days.

We came to the Arlington location after a poor experience at the Hurst location. After only a minute or so of being in the store, the manager greeted us. We didn't need help at the time but eventually made our way to the counter to ask them to bring a bowflex up for us. The girl at the register was so nice and warehouse was responsive. The manager stayed at the front during the sale and even carried it out to the car for us. It was a better experience than shopping at the Hurst location where they were slow, poorly trained, and had no manager in sight.

Everyone here is really friendly. They all want to help and will point you in the right direction if they aren't sure about the answer. I respect honesty in retail. I would rather an associate say "I'm not sure, let me check" than offer false information.

Excellent customer service, thank you to manager Ryan for for helping me out.... bought a bat last week and a employee took the wrong one to the counter and stupid me didn’t even look before we left he brought the wrong one. My daughter had select Try outs and had to use it, but it was the wrong size and he let us return it for the right one no questions asked.....

Very good customer service but nothing the type that invasively intrudes your personal space and blows you up with 21 questions and follows you around but more like how are you today if there is anything I can help you with let me know I’ll be more than happy to assist
