Macy's still is the premier industry leader in impressive, quality offerings of department store merchandise. Got really good discounts on every purchase. This was Christmas-time shopping, but there were ample Associates to take care of a good stream of customers. Very pleasant shopping experience! Love ❤ Macy's!!!

Danielle at the Estée Lauder counter has excellent customer service. She will find you the perfect shade of foundation. , and apply as many as needed till your satisfied, she sent me away looking great! Thank you !

I love to shop at Macy's, I always find what I'm looking for, I also went to the Perfume Department the Clerks were friendly, service was great. I also purchased CHANCE CHANEL. I'm a happy customer.

My experience was, for the most part, good. I shop on a budget and had my mind set on a specific color and wardrobe set. Behold I found tops and bottoms that would make my existing wardrobe look like a "new" outfit.

Their escalators are always out of service at in the Arlington Texas location. I’d think that would be a dangerous trip hazard for the company. No directions to an elevator for the Handicapped. Isn’t that a violation?
Merchandise is plentiful. Staff gives great customer service-that’s what saves this location! Otherwise I just order online.

Nice location. Like the backstage shop. Was not aware they don't accept any of the Macy's coupons. Did find sale items reasonably priced.

Amazing Customer Service!!! Bridget Sup, and Neya are Great!! They are both very helpful and make the shopping experience wonderful!! Great environment. All the other staff members wore nice and approachable.

Macy's at Parks Mall is our favorite store. It is always well-lighted, clean filled with good stuff. The reps are always so friendly.

My favorite store for clothing, shoes, hand bags and accessories, cosmetics and perfumes. I always find here whatever i need at reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

These ladies were so nice! I was being shopper stalked at Dillard's and didn't appreciate her following me around the whole counter, so I left and went to Macy's very friendly here and ended up at the clinique counter and made purchase there with a very nice young lady.

Great sale the day we went. Bedding from sheets to comforters at nearly 65% or more off.

Charter brand sheets 1000 thread count, wrinkles resistant are very good quality.

Came here to get some make up and the lady who assisted me wasn't even in the Lancome section. Yet she went out of her way to reduce my wait. I had plenty of time but I was grateful for her kindness as I'm uncomfortable in any mall. I wish I could remember her name. I probably would have only tried a shade and moved on but her kindness encouraged my purchase.

Very nice store foryou and the family

We had the pleasure of visiting Macy's with friends and family. We were looking for luggage for our family members and found the Macy's employees to be very helpful while we were looking through the luggage department. The luggage department had a nice selection of luggage and they were sales going on on that would discount the luggage 40% -50%. If your looking for luggage Macy's is a nice spot to try.

The cashier was very friendly and helpful.

My husband and I were shopping the parks mall for a special occasion coming up and were pretty much giving up when Carmen, the personal shopper kindly asked if she could help and indeed she did.
She fixed my husband up with a suit and proceeded to help me and found me a beautiful dress. She went and got me some shoes to try on to see what the dress looked like dressed up with shoes.
She took pictures so I could share later, just a totally awesome experience.
I will definitely be going back to see her and recommend her to my family and friends.
