I never review businesses, but this one was so exceptional and distinctly superior to all of my other dental experiences, I had to do this one. From the moment that I walked in, all of the staff were courteous and kept me informed throughout the appointment. I never felt rushed and at the very end, I met the amazing practice dog who I convinced to jump up and sit on my lap. I would never say this about any other dental office, but I actually look forward to my next appointment. As a physician, it is wonderful to see so much effort placed on customer satisfaction!

This is a great place to have your teeth taken care of. It is very modern and clean and the team was very professional and welcoming. Billing was straightforward and easy compared to my last dental office. Tiffany was the hygienist for my annual exam. She did a fantastic job and I felt that I was in good hands the whole time. She even saved me 1k for invisalign by telling me about their promotion day they were having. I actually couldn't make it to the specific day but they still honored the pricing for me. 10/10 Definitely Recommend.

Today's dental visit was exceptional! The staff greeted me warmly, creating a calming atmosphere. The waiting area was comfortable, with soothing music playing. Dr. Edmonds was attentive, explaining each procedure thoroughly and addressing all my concerns with care. The treatment room was spotless, and the equipment looked state-of-the-art. Throughout the procedure the dental assistant Sofia was gentle and skilled, ensuring my comfort at all times. The whole experience felt efficient yet personalized, leaving me impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the entire team. I left feeling confident about my dental health and looking forward to my next visit!

Great, super nice staff with a high-tech office. Morgan was awesome! I'm pretty sensitive and she killed it - no discomfort whatsoever during my cleaning. Doc is straightforward, explains everything clearly, and I didn't feel like he was trying to "sell me something" during the exam. They have a killer membership program perfect for those without insurance, like me. Glad to have found our new dentist!

This was my first time to use 4405 dental studio. I was extremely impressed with everyone from the young lady at the check-in desk to the dental hygienist and the dentist. I will recommend them as I know. A lot of my friends are looking for a new dentist. I also appreciate the fact that they are in network for my insurance

As always this is an amazing full service dental office! 1st rate service, professionalism, and exceptional abilities. every person is dedicated to the complete customer satisfaction! I drive 2hrs from San Antonio for my appointments because they are worth it! On my last visit I want to call out the great help and support by both Alyssa and Tiffany during my treatment!

I highly recommend this place. Everyone was extremely nice and caring asked a lot of questions cared about the information I had to give and was very informal on giving you information regarding your situation. They took their time to make sure that I was comfortable. This place is highly recommended and I don’t recommend people too often.

Lindsey and Tori was amazing when I walked in very welcoming! Tiffany is the most amazing hygienist I have ever had! Will definitely be coming here again!

Morgan is always great. She describes everything she is doing as she goes along. I find her to be very competent and has good communication skills. Best dental hygienist I’ve ever had. Plus I love 4405 dental because the facilities are clean and cutting edge! The people at the front desk are great too

Loved it. I stopped going to dentist several years ago due to a number of reasons. I decided to go back and try a new place, glad I came here! Everyone was great, and despite my anxiety, it was a great visit with several follow up appointments made. They all were great at making me feel comfortable. BTW, loved the office pet, she made my anxiety drop!!

I've been going to Dr Edmond's office for the last couple years. I can only say i've had good experiences. I probably have the worst teeth. It's very embarrassing. But when I go to his office his staff is kind and very helpful letting me know my next step to get through my issues. They have the latest and greatest equipment to get to the root cause of any issues your having with teeth. Dr Edmond is straight forward letting you know best way to tackle your issue. Without doing unnecessary dental work.

Had a wonderful New Patient visit with Dr. Edmonds and his assistant Sofia. Tori at the front was very helpful when I was having trouble filling out forms. Dr. Sura and her assistant Emma were pleasant and welcoming. Alyssa helped get me comfortable while waiting for anesthetic to kick in. A New Patient exam turned into same day treatment! Overall, I felt very well taken care of at 4405 Dental Studio.

4405 Dental was perfect. It was easy to go and check in and get my appointment out of the way. I recommend coming here for any future appointments or visits as their service was perfect.

Wow! Great experience with both Dr. Sura and the hygienist Kim. This practice location opened in 2018 and the level of new technology was fantastic and far more comprehensive than your traditional practice. If you appreciate leveraging technology then “up your dental game” to 4405 Dental Studio. The team was fun, efficient and detailed with my cleaning, exam & future dental plan. I left feeling confidant and highly informed and delighted with my services rendered. In the end, this was a huge sigh of relief to find “my TX dentist” after a big out of state move. The office team was super regarding insurance and billing. Bravo 🙌

The folks at 4405 Dental are incredible. Their service, communication, and customer care are the best I have had for dental services. Dr. Edmonds and Dr. Sura, along with all the hygienists, are professional, friendly, and efficient in their services, they always make me feel at ease.

I had a great experience with my most recent cleaning! Friendly staff and very up front and honest - they seem to have ethical dental billing practices, and I didn’t once feel they were pushing treatments or unnecessarily items to opportunistically run up the bill, which is not a given these days. That’s commendable! They also had modern, clean accommodations and equipment, which is nice as well. But the ethics are why they deserve a 5 star review, in my opinion. Kudos! PS My wife already told me she’d like to bring the rest of the fam over.
