I cannot thank Daniel Utley enough for his kind and competent service. He was incredibly kind in helping to navigate a very difficult family situation in a very professional manner and was able to resolve the issue and obtain my phone and service. There really are no words adequate to express my gratitude for his care and definitely going more than a few extra miles to help resolve a complex issue and restore my service with AT&T.

Nobody ever in customer care and service that I’ve had in YEARS has shown as much professionalism, patience and true help than Daniel and Kyle at the AT&T store on Williams Drive in Georgetown, TX.

Rest assured if you need help and you’re in that store, you’re in the best hands!

I went to visit my grandmother and she was explaining to me how she was having trouble getting a new phone because she doesn’t have WiFi to back up her iCloud and doesn’t want to lose her pictures and contacts. She showed me the employee helping her wrote her a list of things to accomplish in order to get a new phone, drew her a diagram of how the process works, and told her several things she could try. Most people wouldn’t take the time to help an elder to this extent. The business card he gave her said “Daniel Utley”. Thank you, Daniel for taking the time to kindly explain and helping my grandma!

First off, if I could give 10 stars I would because the retail sales consultant Daniel is that good. We first go in to the ATT store to get my new Apple Watch cellular data, and realized that we had a more complicated issue to deal with. Daniel with the greatest personality gladly helped us for the past week it took us to solve this issue. He truly is amazing because he was able to explain all the issues very simply for us to understand without getting impatient. Daniel seriously will be the only AT&T person I trust with my phone service and that is saying a lot. I have always dreaded going to the AT&T store, but will gladly go now to his store because I trust him. Daniel has made day with helping me solve my phone problems, don't hesitate ask for him!

We had a great experience - we were greeted and told we’d have a 10 minute wait which was perfect and gave us a chance to look around. Andy helped us upgrade my daughters phone and went above & beyond the call of duty! He guided us thru the process of helping us set up my daughter with her own Apple ID! Now she won’t see my text messages etc…. Hallelujah! He was the best - thank you so much!!!! He helped us transfer everything - a true savior!!!! Thank you!

Kyle A. Was awesome. He helped us twice with our account. Once when we had a joint account with our son and wife and then we split the account. Then we needed help with the account again because it wasn’t completely split. It now is. Kyle was so patient and very personable. He is definitely a jewel for this ATT store.

Everything went smoothly and quickly. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Andy was so helpful when I needed assistance transferring my data from my old iPad to my new one that was shipped to me! Very patient and personable!

I also enjoyed my time a few days ago with Jackie when buying my new phone and iPad! Thanks, ATT for great customer service both days!

Joshua, the assistant store manager, was a phenomenal help setting up my new phone, and best of all he proactively looked at my account and recommended a few changes that not only gave me more functionality but was also $50 less on each bill!! Needless to say, happy customer! The store is well maintained, stocked with all sorts of good gear and the waits are very small - the staff is speedy and friendly!

This store has now one of my most favorite Employees that AT&T has. Dionne is an amazing individual. I have followed her to many different locations because she has given me the most amazing customer service. I will drive out of my way because of her. She is the BOMB!!! Way to go Dionne on finally getting a store. Hope everyone has the same experiences I have had with you over the last 8 years or more.

We just moved here from out of state and had to change carriers. We worked with Daniel. He was able to solve a rats nest of a problem that was caused by us giving him the wrong number to port. He never made us feel like idiots and he explained to us what was going on. He was kind, detailed and treated us like friends, even though we'd made more work for him. So glad we went with AT&T and got Daniel as our helpful, knowledgeable AT&T representative!

Great experience with the man who helped me. Can't say the same thing for the woman. I was the only customer in the store and she didn't acknowledge me, she was on her phone the entire time I was there.

After almost 20 years with another cell ph carrier, we switched 6 lines to AT&T. Daniel and Josh provided phenomenal customer service! It is greatly appreciated. They navigated the glitches of transitioning several lines like pros, and it is evident they are knowledgeable in their field. Off to a good start AT&T.

Andy was super patient and helpful. We popped in and he took his time explaining the products we had questions about and he answered all of them. We ended up with new phones and are super excited and happy with our experience.

We were with sprint for close to three years. We we're mildly satisfied with our service and thought we had the best deal for our plan. WE WE'RE WRONG.

Joshua was the team member that helped us. He was patient, informative, and went above and beyond for us. From making sure we we're fully aware of the plans and phone options, to staying with us AFTER CLOSE to make sure our new phones were functioning as they should, and all of our info transferred properly to our new devices, he really made us feel like VALUED CUSTOMERS. He was not pushy, he never made us feel like we we're just dollar signs that came through the door. We have a much better network for a lower monthly cost and we felt truly like he helped us find the best plans and devices to fit our needs and budget. We are moving an hour away, and ANY concerns we have in the future we will happily make the drive to work with Joshua! Seriously ask for him by name because we are BEYOND SATISFIED.

Mark, who works at the Williams Drive store is fantastic. After much effort, he succeeded in transferring financial responsibility on our account so we can take advantage of AT&T's military discount. It turned into a difficult and time consuming task, through no fault of his. He never wavered and stuck with us to the end to get it resolved. He was polite, enthusiastic, and genuinely invested in helping us the entire time. He also helped us with an activation issue on a phone purchased online. I can't say enough good things about Mark. He is a real asset to AT&T. We will schedule appointments with him in the future if at all possible.
