Fleet Feet Georgetown

I am from the East side of Houston, and was in Georgetown the weekend of January 12 for a soccer tournament. Fleet Feet is not convenient to me in the Houston area, so I was excited to see this store right down the street from our hotel. I wish my receipt listed the employee that helped me - because she was amazing. So knowledgeable and so personable. She got me in a pair of shoes and insoles that has seriously changed so much about my foot comfort! Highly recommend their gait evaluation because it was so much more than just watching me walk. Great experience.

superb service, especially if you are lucky enough to have Chloe help you out. Using the tech to custom fit your feet takes the confidence of the recommendations to the next level. You don't feel you are being pressured by a commissioned sales person pushing their preferences on you. Chloe actually made me feel that she took pride in helping me find what was best for me. She talked me out of a shoe that I wanted because the way it looked, but wasn't the best for my specific foot problems.

So I had heard of this place for awhile now but never made the trip to actually see what it had to offer. I used to run long distance for many years and as I got older knee injuries and issues put an end to it. I have started walking and noticed my shoes just didn’t seem to fit the same.
Enter Fleet Feet, they absolutely are awesome at scanning your feet and making a recommendation on a type of shoe that will work for you and if needed recommend a insole. Contrary to my expectation they did not try to upsell anything. The shoes they recommended fit and feel amazing and I would have never tried the size the recommended based on the scan of my feet.
When I compared prices of the shoes they sell with competitors they are right on the money and for the scans, professional service and advice you get worth way more than any big box or online retailer.
Go see them you don’t have to buy anything but the advice you get will have you trying on a shoe you may have never thought of before and asking yourself why didn’t I do this sooner.

Prompt service, the people there are really helpful and knowledgeable about finding the proper shoes and inserts for my needs! I did not feel rushed or pressured. They had a good selection of shoes and we were able to choose a good fit of quality shoe.

I raced over after work because I needed to exchange some shoes, and couldn’t get there until 15 minutes before closing. Regardless of this, Jackson kindly asked how he could help, looked up my previous scan, suggested some alternative shoes and did not rush me at all. He made the exchange for me and handled everything quickly, smoothly and professionally, even though I kept them a little after closing. Great attitude and great location. Thanks Jackson!

The employees are very knowledgeable and very outgoing as well .. went in last week and had my feet analyzed to see which shoe would be good for me. I purchased some shoes and some plantar fasciitis socks and he showed me some inserts as well. I didn't take the inserts at the time but went back today to grab more Plantar Fasciitus socks and I ended up getting inserts as well.. even the girl that helped me today was just a fun person and made going there a very fun place to be..

Ill for sure be back, no question.

Came back to the store and purchased some New Balance FuelCell SuperComp Elite V3 for my upcoming Half Marathons.. and got the same great service. Took the shoes on their first long run today (10.1 miles) to break them in and get a feel for them and they are fantastic!

I was so impressed with my experience at Fleet Feet in Georgetown today. The store is vey clean and bright. The technology used to really look at the feet was very impressive and a mini education. I got much more out of this store visit than I got out of a podiatrist office visit. My interaction with Lily was so pleasant and personable. Thank you Lily, you made my day!! I will be spreading the word about this store.

I received a custom fit & they also did 3D scanning of my feet.
They took their time with me to make sure I was fitted correctly. I appreciate this service because I'm recovering from Plantar F. You can't get this personal service like this anymore. But you can here.

The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They brought up three different shoe styles for me to try and once we found the style I liked we picked a couple of those so I could have two different pairs of shoes to rotate out and the salesman had to me Stop on a thing that red my arch height and heel with him with of my foot and then he had me walk on a thing that recorded my pressure points on my feet. He explained that information to me and that’s how we knew what shoes would fit my feet the best , I purchased two pairs of shoes and I am very happy with my purchase

The sales associate that helped me was so knowledgeable and patient with all the questions I asked her. She did the scan of my feet and listened to the concerns I had in what I needed and wanted in a running shoe. She was able to bring me 4 different pair of shoes that were comfortable from the start. This is something I can never do on my own. Even though they were so busy, she never rushed me. I drove an hour to get there and have a very hard time finding shoes that are comfortable. She was able to get me a pair that felt so great on my feet!
Incredible experience!

Chloe was great. The foot scan and walking mat were instrumental in finding the perfect fit. I only wish my first choice was in stock. Please carry more wide width shoes. I would 100% shop here again and definitely recommend to others!

This was a great experience. The clerk did an excellent job of determining what we needed and fitting us with the exactly what we needed. Efficiently and politely. I thought the store had reasonable solutions for folks with plantar fasciitis

Was a little nervous to go seeing a review saying they didn't get great customer service as a POC. I'm happy to say that was not my experience. I walked in and was immediately greeted and started working on my fitting less than a minute afterward. Sha helped me and brought me many pairs of shoes and insoles to try and didn't rush me in my decision. She wasn't pushy about upsaling products or making me buy and I overall really enjoyed the experience as a newbie runner. Will definitely tell people about this location!

Georgetown Running Company is great! The location is convenient and the team is very knowledgeable. Anyone looking for new shoes, gear, fuel, etc should stop by.

I had a great experience here this last weekend. My 12 year old daughter has been running for the last 18 months and is now at a point where she needs a more specialized approach to her shoes especially since I don’t know anything about cross country and track. When we walked in, Erin immediately stopped to help us and scan my daughters feet. Erin was extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and was great at communicating with my daughter. I’m very impressed with the entire store and all the staff especially Erin. I live in south Round Rock but will hands down make the drive to this location in the future.

THE GREATEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. The man who helped me was incredibly helpful. Asked prudent questions and got a scan of my foot that helped him find the perfect shoes for me. Got me set up with an amazing pair of shoes. He then was so friendly that he invited me to take part in a local group run. When I got to checkout though I expected to be paying a premium for such an amazing experience, but the prices were comparable even to Amazon. I will be coming back for all my future running shoe needs.

Justin was AMAZING!! I did not feel pressured into my purchase, I felt as if Justin was more concerned with making my feet happy and I am so grateful. I did buy the clifton HOKA's and I LOVE them so much. I also loved after Justin looked at my feet and looked at my scans he brought out several options on shoes that would fit my feet and let me try on several, it wasn't just a 1 option for my foot which I also appreciated that. I will be back, thank you so much!

After 80+ days after trying out my HOKA's I ended up taking them back because they were NOT what I needed for my feet so, when I took them back they gave me a FULL REFUND for my shoes without a box and a receipt in hand. That is UNHEARD of Customer service. I appreciate the ability of being able to buy a shoe and experience the shoe without having to worry if it doesn't work out in a month you can return them without any hassle. I did end up buying another pair while I was there but this time I bought a sale item BROOKS shoe which I know they are unreturnable because they are a sale item but for 50% off it was worth it and so far... 2 weeks in and my feet have not felt BETTER! They don't hurt or cramp and my feet are never sore which is a HUGE improvement.

I even brought my husband back with me this past weekend and Justin helped us again and we ended up buying my husband some brooks as well and so far... SO GOOD! Oh, and while we were there was a sweet lady that scanned my kids feet and even made recommendations to me on the best shoes for my kids since they don't sell kids shoes. The above and beyond service is incredible.

I went in yesterday to get a foot scan and recommendations for new running shoes. The process was super quick and the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and best part of it all was that it felt very no pressure. Definitely going back! 20/10

Sales associate was super and worked hard to find the shoe I needed. The process of finding the correct shoe size and 3-D vision of my feet was amazing! I needed special shoes and they not only had them, but fit them perfectly for my feet. I will be going back!
