Great location being right next to HEB and other stores. This office is always very busy with the line out the door often but the staff does a great job keeping the line moving and maintaining a great attitude. Corporate needs to help them out and add another POS and 2-3 move staff to help the current team to keep up with demand. Great job. I am a regular.

I have been using this store almost weekly for over a year now and never had a problem. The staff is always friendly and goes out of their way to assist me if I need any assistance. Their job dealing with all the negative and rude people is hard, especially during this time. Please Be nice to them, and if occasionally one of them has a bad day be especially nice. You do not know what any of them is going through.

I visited this UPS Store on Williams drive today. I had a fantastic experience. I needed several documents notarized, copied, and sent overnight. Everyone was very helpful and kind. Will absolutely go back!

I've always had good customer service here. They do get busy at times but it's very conveniently located for me so I'm okay with waiting in line.

This store is very busy. And with busy comes all sorts of complications but this operation really tries. Friendly, helpful and lots of free tape and supplies. I love going here for all my mailing and business needs!

Tall guy helped me both times. Tried to send a fax, wouldn’t go though and he wouldn’t charge me. Said he only charges if they go through. Came back next day, fax went no problem. Must have been busy before. Never a problem here, will be back.
