Best and fun place to work in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The company is very organized and the team is great. Everyone, supervisor or managers and human resources officers are smiling and helpful.

I had the privilege of working for the ROC and the experience I gained is truly invaluable. I was apart of the leadership team throughout my career here and I can tell you first and foremost, the team knows how to run the business. The culture is built upon challenges and encouragement that is meant to develop young leaders skills, while ensuring your business runs at its peak. It is rewarding to have such an impact on a such a big operation, and nothing is out of reach. The Senior Leadership team will let you try new things, Lean, 5S (remember Sustain is always your challenge) and Kaizen events are a norm, and the expectations on the your teams is measured by your devotion to standard work and ensuring it stays updated to new processes. I got to be apart of many big changes, I faced many challenges, and I could not be more grateful. The VP at the time I was there, was phenomenal. He absolutely held you accountable, but at the same time would sit in start up meetings with entry level supervisors, and share words of wisdom and best practices, as well as his experiences that ultimately helped to sculpt your way of thinking and enforced the culture that is The ROC. Your Senior Leaders are never out of reach, and are fully supportive of your growth. You are going to get out of this company exactly what you put into it. The employees are fantastic, above all else here, my team is what brings me the happiest of memories and seeing some of them flourish into young leaders through our amazing feedback and mentoring process. I sincerely cared for my team and watching/helping them grow, and GameStop welcomed and encouraged that. There are many many names that come to mind of whom I would like to thank for the opportunity and the privilege of being apart of this great place to begin my career. I left GameStop after moving on to a larger role with a different company, but GameStop never left me. I take with me today everything I learned, which has sculpted the leader and person that I am, and paved the foundation for my future in this field of work.
