Comfort Inn Barboursville near Huntington Mall area

Just off 64. Clean, comfortable, large room, and quiet with super comfortable beds with good, bright white linens. Isn't that what it's all about, a great bed. And lots of pillows. And a clean, spacious bathroom. Check and check. We would stay here again. Matt K' photos are accurate.

Breakfast includes fruit, cereal, oatmeal, make your own waffles, biscuits, breads, sausage, omelets, juices.... and more.

I had read reviews about odor and bugs... we were exhausted, so we tried it. Saw zero evidence of either, and I am sensitive to odor. It was very clean.

Also, I questioned the $3 parking fee at check-in, and they waived it. Really, that might have been a deal breaker.... or park 20 steps further at the mall.

Quiet room. Clean room and lobby. Friendly staff who let us turn on the lights and eat in the dining area when we had a late check in. Breakfast in the morning was well stocked and the attendant checked everything often and kept it stocked and tidy.

The rooms were well maintained. The swimming pool was so relaxing. The contenintal breakfast was not bad. Overall it was a great experience.

Front desk manager was helpful and secured a room with my points. The room was clean and comfortable. Great value and lots of restaurants in the area.

I stayed here on a business trip and it was very nice. The rooms were clean and smelled fresh.

right off of i-64 so it was perfect for us. we were traveling with a 7 month old husky and a 2 month old baby so we needed to stop for the night and needed a pet friendly place. we were able to just walk in and get a room for a very good price. room was very clean! the shower was nice and the water pressure was amazing, felt like a massage on my back! overall absolutely no complaints. probably the nicest comfort inn i’ve ever stayed at, and probably the nicest of any “inns” too. 10/10 would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay and got two comfy beds for a good price! We all slept good and there was a lot to do from the mall to enjoying our dinner at Outback everything was close and convenient 😊

Real good stay. Rooms are older but they were nice. Employees were great. Everyone had an issue... so mine is the plastic utensils should be stronger. The knife was not strong enough to cut up the waffle 😕

Everything is good. Heated indoor pool, clean, nice room, micro, refrigerator, iron, hair dryer. Breakfast included, adequate but not as nice as some other hotels in this class. I'd stay again.

Great friendly staff, room smelled good for the initial walk in, window fully opened which is so nice, clean room, comfy beds with a down comforter which is great for those who love warmth, plenty of towels, good amount of tv channels. The pool was nice clean and not freezing and decent amount of sitting areas. Best thing overall was the waffle maker in the morning original flavor or blueberry, they had cereal, milk and yogurt, a grab bag of dry goods with a orange, coffee and juice. Definitely stay if you need to relax and need comfort. I will definitely save this to maps and will be back soon on my next adventure!

When traveling during a pandemic I've started using a black light and sanitizing wipes to check and clean the rooms we stay in. I can say in all honesty this was the cleanest hotel we have been in for a while! I felt safe letting my preschooler play for the first time in a while. And the bed and pillows were absolutely amazing. My husband and I both slept the best we have in a very long time!

Our trip to WV, and stay at this motel was a quick one. We were here for two nights, and Jody at the front desk was most helpful!
The beds were comfortable, the rooms were adequate. The bathroom was nice! We had a little a/c trouble, and Jody said she would move us, or do anything else to help our stay be more comfortable! We appreciate her help, and kindness shown. Being from Florida... we were hoping for cooler weather, but our stay was enjoyable anyway! Thank you Jody!!

Staff has been amazing the two times we have stayed here. Everything is clean. There was no cord on our room phone.

I stayed here during the big ice storm and my power was out. The staff was incredibly nice and friendly. The room was clean and so was the hotel lobby. Can’t thank the staff enough for how nice they were, it was especially busy this day and they still took the time to make us feel welcomed. Excellent location as well with many restaurants around to choose from.

We showed up without a reservation after a long day of driving in the rain, and Rodney (Assistant GM) turned what had been a frustrating previous 2 hours dealing with another hotel into a really positive experience with Comfort Inn! They welcomed us and our dog, and our room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our needs. Thank you, Rodney!

Everything was good by me and they serve the old pre covid breakfast of oowdered eggs, sausage, waffles (including blueberry), and randoms.

Water pressure is good. Beds were comfy. Wifi worked fine and the tv was okay sized.

Front Desk was very friendly and helpful. I get to my room and key card didnt work but they were able to fix it. My second day there was a older housekeeper I assume that was very rude. I was here on a busy trip and was up late the night before so I had my do not disturb on the door until I woke up around noon and politely told the housekeeper that I would be leaving soon and needed towels and trash taken and she rudely said she was done for the day and I had a folded up paper in my door which stated she had already tried to service my room. Anyways I just went to front desk and took the trash myself. My room was clean and smelled clean. The parking lot is well lit unlike other hotels in the area.

I've stayed here over the years and here recently the rooms are alot cleaner and smell better. The staff greet you with "good morning" and overall seen to love their job and it shows. Breakfast was hot and fresh and housekeepers made sure I always had fresh linens. Anytime I'm in the area this is where I choose to stay.

I have read other peoples reviews. Bunch of crybabies. I would recommend this place. Very pet friendly!!! I have 2 dogs. There pet fee is a 1 time fee of $35. That is awesome. Not all rooms have fridge and microwave. Not a big deal. I've stayed here 3 times so far. This is my go to hotel when I'm in town visiting family. The pool is a salt water pool!! I have never had a Problem with anything at this hotel. They are very friendly!!!!
