My visit was great. I stopped to treat myself to my favorite drink. I asked the server to please not put a lid on my drink and if she could add some extra whipped cream. She did and it was perfect.

I met a wonderful young man named Thomas who I watched tip $100 to make the Starbucks cruise day better! He said they always take great care of him and so he takes great care of them.

The best Espresso Macchiato I've ever gotten at Starbucks. It was delicious and served with a smile.

Ashley, the shift manager, is an absolute gem. She took care of us while we were there and made our visit special. She is a shining star for Starbucks.

I've been coming here for 18 years now. I worked here on opening day after leaving Borders Cafe. Once my army retirement kicked in, I quit and threw my watch in the garbage.
The staff here has always been like my extended family. There is always turnover, but a few have been working here for quite some time. I've known Ben, Noah, and Jacob the longest, but the whole staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
My all-time favorite beverage is the Mocha Frappuccino made with heavy cream, hazelnut, and toffee nut, skip the whip. But seriously, all their beverages are delicious, and the mobile app is great, and you can complete star challenges for points towards free food and drinks.
I highly recommend this place!

This location is AMAZING! I drive from Ohio twice a week to come here for coffee and treats. The staff is wonderful, caring and knowledgeable. The manager really cares about every aspect of your experience. I HIGHLY recommend this Starbucks location. Come over and feel the love ❤

I come here a lot for a morning coffee and enjoy the workers. The music they play is pleasant and I get my coffee almost instantly after ordering. It's the busiest Starbucks other than the one in the Huntington Mall, so it can get crowded at times, but it's never too long of a wait. It's also a lot faster to just walk in rather than going to the Drive-Thru. Great place!

This was the friendliest Starbucks I have ever visited. The young lady who was at the register who was extremely helpful and professional with a smile. That is what makes a happy customer and will be returning on our next visit. Every employee there was working together and professional.

This is a really nice location. The staff are great and friendly. It has a drive through as well as seating. But, it has a smaller seating area.I never have had issues with this location except the drive through line being long during prime hours..It does move quickly though.

Visited this location around 9 am this past Sunday, August 11th. The drive thru line wasn’t too long, I usually avoid it if it begins to wrap around the parking spots. It probably took five minutes after ordering to make it up to the window. When we reached the window, I don’t really know how long we waited. Maybe another five minutes or so? I’ve waited much longer, but this was only for one drink, so it is strange that it took so long, but thought nothing of it at the time. The man who was working the register was very apologetic for our wait and gave us a $4 gift card! Very kind of him, exceptional service.

Great atmosphere, service, food and drinks!!! Had a nice time relaxing there for a bit. The employees had wonderful personalities and were very knowledgeable of their products. Will definitely visit this branch again in the future.

Delicious specialty coffees. Quick service, despite there being a small crowd when my girlfriend and I placed our orders. Friendly employees.

Location offers two single-occupancy unisex restrooms, both of which are quite large. A parent with infants or young children could easily and comfortably bring their children with them into these individual restrooms.

This location also has a drive-through lane, a wonderful convenience on rainy or snowy days. That being said, the designated drive-through area is *extremely* short, so the line occasionally snakes back into the parking lot. This blocks parked people in and makes parking difficult.
