Not like they were trying to just sell us anything, but more of finding exactly what we were looking for! So helpful and a lot of knowledge about their products! Made us feel like family and that’s all you could ask for!

I have wanted to write this review so bad!!! 10/10 Recommend them, Especially this location. It is very easy to locate inside the mall and their staff is very helpful in finding you the right thing. I looked at their website and found the ring I wanted, but it was in a different location. I live out of town and asked them to bring it in at their location and they did that for me.

I spoke with their sales rep over the phone, and met with the store manager in person. The purchase was easy and smooth. and my fiancee loved the ring I got her.

Stop in at Huntington mall and meet the 2 greatest people there Jeremy and Jessica they are awsome helpful fun to work with. When in to look at a watch not going to buy buy they worked with me so well I walked out with a almost $500 gshock. Go see them.

Jeff was incredibly helpful and informative and made sure I was the one making all the decisions. A lot of time jewelers will push you a certain way but he made sure I was getting what I wanted. I absolutely recommend Reeds, if not for their customer service then for their lifetime care plan. It is much more convenient than most jewelers!

I had a wonderful experience! Jeff, the store manager, took the time to talk to my mom and I, and actually get to know us. He even cleaned our wedding rings before we even purchased anything. They never tried to push pricey items on us or upscale us on things outside of our price range. Jeff is a genuine, good person who cares about his customers. I would 100% recommend this store to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience at your store. Will was very helpful with getting my husband’s watch sent off to be repaired and I bought my husband a new watch also.
