My daughter needed some.kind of make-up and was too shy to ask for help. The girl working there was super nice and very helpful

This is a very store for most of your needs

I've been shopping at JCPenney for about 60 years. As a child, my mom brought us to JCPenney for clothes. I still shop here for their great Big and Tall clothes. I always find a good buy, especially on the closeout racks. Sometimes I order online. If I have to return, just bring it to the store. Employees are always friendly and helpful. If you use their credit card, you can usually get a discount even over and above sale prices. I shop at both the Huntington store and the one inside the Charleston mall. Both are very nice. Great prices, too.

One of the last true original department stores at this particular mall location. Underwent some extensive remodels a few years back. Everything is quite easy to find and sales associates are friendly & helpful. 2nd floor boasts a very nice home good store. Anything one needs at an affordable price you can find here and save $$$ as opposed to going to Macy's.

Very nice lady who took care of me. Some prices were a little high but we got a great deal on Levi's. Will go back again sometime

Always good sales. You can usually get Nike, Adidas, etc cheaper at Penny's than other places. School shopping is super easy here because the kids like most things. Prices on backpacks were super low too!

I make a beeline for the Sephora inside, can’t really say about the store as I’m makeup obsessed but for such a small space there is plenty of offerings and much of my staples, although a lot of popular stuff is out of stock and some “famous” items aren’t offered. Staff is friendly and helpful, even if they are crazy busy and packed with people. Appreciate them!

I went to Macys to buy and suit and the salesman in Mens ware was so rude, I left and went to JC Pennys. I am sure glad I did, a young man in the Mens Ware depart, named Chandler went above and beyond to assist me. Quite a sale Macys missed, I bought the suit, shirt, tie, belt, socks and shoes! Thank you Chandler for the great service!

Jcpenney had nice and polite staff, offering help in anyway. Great Summer sales. Cashier was very friendly. I highly recommend this place.
