Sherri at Sleep Outfitters was absolutely wonderful!!! We went into the store to only buy a pillow and while we were there, decided to try some of the beds out. We ended up finding a couple of beds that we really loved. Sherri answered all of our questions, she is truly so knowledgeable about every single bed they have and so helpful!!! She helped us find the most perfect bed for us and made the process so seamless and easy!! I can’t recommend them enough and I can’t wait for our new bed to be delivered! Thanks again Sherri!!

We had a great experience purchasing our new mattress. This is not one of those items you need to purchase often, and technologies have changed a lot. James explained the new features and let us ask questions, but there was zero pressure to buy, and we felt comfortable spending as much time as needed just trying them out. The delivery went seamless as well.

I had a great experience with this store. I was hesitant and nervous about mattress shopping in a store but wanted to lay on the mattress before purchasing online. I was afraid I’d feel pressured by a salesperson and make an impulse buy or worse, change my mind on buying at all. I was pleasantly surprised to not feel pressured at all by Brian and ended up having a wonderful experience. He was very knowledgeable and showed me a few options. I then called the store days later to order and Brad was very helpful as well. Delivery was quick (could have been 1 day but I chose 3 days later) and the delivery guys were good as well. I had to call the store one more time and talked to Sherri (she was also helpful). Great experience all around and can’t wait to sleep on my new tempurpedic!

Danielle was a great help in assisting with choosing a new mattress & the replacement process for our other under warranty. She was the only one working & had much patience.
(I do recommend she get another person to be there with her. There were people that left because she was doing everything on her own for me & 2 other customers. She never complained).

Where do I start? What a wonderful experience I had today with both Sherri and Danielle. I was immediately greeted by Sherri who was able to assist me throughout the process. Both of Sherri and Danielle were professional and courteous...but I was blown away at all of their product knowledge and by the efficiency in the way they got me in and out of the store. I left confident that I had made the right decision and I will absolutely return to Mattress Discounters for future purchases.
