Called and spoke to sales associate, who ensures me that she will put back a pair of shoes for Christmas for my daughter, I called 2 times to make sure things were ok, drove straight to location and they someone sold them!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Came in today and two girls working completely ignored me ask for four different shoes I was gonna buy until one was giving me nasty looks and heard them both talking really bad about me in the back so I got up and left. Journeys need to watch who they hire it seems like they like having bad attitudes working for them it really reflects on them and not good for a business. Will never shop there again and not the first time I have had this experience.
