Kohl's

I only had a return this trip. There was a bit of a customer service line. But the 4 employees behind the counter were handling things very professionally. I really wasn't very long at all!

I enjoyed going to Sephora at Kohl's. The salesperson was wonderful. There was no rush, no pressure, and very helpful in finding the right tone for my skin color (Bare Essentials).

Kohls was an amazing store. It has become less. It is still fine, but it has gone downhill. They have a decent variety but the quality of their products is average at best.

I went to Kohl’s to look for a new comforter set for our bed. They have a nice selection to choose from. They have a collection of Drew and Scott from Property Bothers. Here is pictures that I took to show my husband.

Nice big freestanding store at the Huntington Mall, with a huge selection of both clothing and home goods.

This is the best place to drop off your Amazon returns. You don't even need to box it up, and you'll get credit to your Amazon account within hours (if that's the option you chose). Their Amazon return desk is at the left side of the store, you can't miss it.

They have some very good sales, plus you get "Kohl's Cash" for every purchase (or even when you drop off an Amazon return). They carry name brands at mid price point (for example, they don't carry Ralph Lauren, but they do carry Chaps, which is the less expensive Ralph Lauren line). They have their own brands as well, which are excellent quality in my experience (their "ultimate" towels in particular are great, and go on a very big sale pretty regularly - definitely wait for the sale, then stock up!)

I visited on 3/22/22 to do an Amazon return, and saw that they are adding a freestanding Sephora inside the store. This is pretty exciting, I must admit, since I'm a cosmetics and skincare enthusiast. While they're doing the interior construction, use the doors on the right to enter the store.
