We went in to get storage we came out laughing till our stomach hurts! Melanie is a wonderful person to deal with and sign up was pure joy. We laughed and joked thru the whole process.. what a great personality!!

This place is very very clean and their rates are super competitive. You have the gut feeling your possessions are in good hands. They have a truck you can use for free just make sure you bring a copy of your insurance.

Moving is always a arduous process. Especially when it's 90 degrees outside. But when you deal with people like Melanie and David it just makes moving so much more bearable!!

This place is amazing. The manager, David, is absolutely fantastic. And Dennis in the office is amazing as well. I was very well taken care of. The facility is very clean and well climate controlled. Zero complaints. I would recommend this company and facility to anyone and everyone.

We highly highly recommend Morningstar Storage. We were out of state when our former storage company notified us that they were closing our location and others. They gave us 30 days to remove our items. We wouldn’t be back in time to meet their deadline. Morningstar handled our transfer for us and stood in on our behalf. All paperwork was handled online. They are excellent! Thank you Chris and Marco. Your service is outstanding!

This is the second time I have used this Morningstar. location The facility is always clean and well looked after. Melanie and David were great getting me set up with a unit again. Very easy process and great location. Two thumbs up.

I'm so sad to see that Melanie is no longer with Morningstar Lake Travis. Melanie's knowledge, warmth and level of customer care are unmatched. Melanie was the Morningstar experience for me. Every single interaction I had with her was beyond amazing. From seeing her in action, getting to know her personally and by reading the reviews posted here...she will be GREATLY missed and never replaceable.

I've never had such an awesome experience renting a storage unit. I have had several over the past few years. This time at Morningstar has been excellent! My fiance and I moved from Downtown to the Lakeway area and were in need of short term storage. Lou and Maria were very kind and helpful with helping me get situated. The use of the moving truck was a life saver. The building is always super clean and cool. 24 hour access and online reservations are a big plus for me. There are quite a few options in the area but I would say these guys have em all beat.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. Access to our unit is secure and easy, which is great. There are elevators for the upper levels and plenty of hall space for moving items. They have several carts available to use when loading and unloading, which is fantastic. The grounds and building are very clean. We were able to pull a 26' moving truck in and unload it easily.

I first set an appointment with Cube smart storage where I found myself with nobody around to help, so I decided to try the neighboring morningstar storage. I was greeted by Lou who was beyond helpful! Very straightforward and no sketchy tricks. This will not be my go to recommendation to anyone who asks me where they should go for storage! Not only is the facility clean but I just cannot say enough about the customer service! Lou truly makes the leasing of storage units very enjoyable and he will go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need! If you’re looking for a nice clean storage facility that’s more than affordable then look no further. Go to Morningstar and ask for Lou there’s no way anyone can leave disappointed.

I cannot say enough good things about Melanie! Not only was she completely helpful and genuinely excited to help me, she was hilarious as well. Melanie was very descriptive in describing how big the units were that I was debating between which made it easy for me to decide. I highly recommend this place because of Melanie alone!! Plus, the storage situation is top-notch as well!

Morningstar Storage is awesome. Their service is top notch. I had a small problem and Melanie took the time to understand the situation and handle it immediately. The problem was on my end not heres, but she went out of her way to accommodate me and make sure that I was taken care of. Additionally the facility is always the right temperature, clean, and no bugs. Definitely 5 Stars, highly recommend.

Renting at Morningstar was GREAT! The property manager Elissa was absolutely amazing and so helpful! They currently have a 2 month free special on some sizes and this really helped me out. I will highly recommend this location and definitely use them in the future shall I need storage again.

I have a business that has required me to keep at least 1 large storage unit for almost 10 years. This is by far the best facility I've ever used. It is always clean. Temperature control is always perfect. Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. They will bend over backwards to help you. Several large heavy duty carts are always there to help move large items around. There is even a box/uhaul style truck available to use for free. After many years and some really bad storage experiences, I seriously don't have one bad thing to say about this place. 5 stars all the way.

I have rented from facilities for many years on and off, this is a super clean facility. The customer service is the BEST! It was so easy to load up from the several carts that they have available to the freight elevators. I was in and out so fast...by far the best place that I have ever rented from. Such a great location!

Morningstar Storage occasionally hires extraordinary people. If you are so lucky as to work with Melanie at the Lakeway location, you will understand fine customer service. I personally witnessed Melanie handling multiple irascible (look it up) customers, and handling my fellow members of the public (including my lovely but irritable wife) with way more patience than we deserve. Melanie makes me want to give Morningstar Storage 5 stars. But mainly Melanie.

Morningstar Storage has treated me awesome the last 3 years I’ve had my unit there. I highly recommend the Ranch Road 620 location. Marie and Lou are the sweetest and very helpful.

Fantastic experience. My wife and I decided to return to MorningStar when we needed to store some extra things. Staff is friendly and very helpful. There are many storage facilities in the area but this one is by far the best. Despite competitors being closer to our home MorningStar wins our business yet again!
