Everyone was so polite in the store and Larry worked so hard to get us exactly what we wanted!! He is very knowledgeable and explained the different choices we had so well. Larry Tijerina, Dago, and the rest of the Starpower team were fantastic to work with! I want to thank Justin, Lance, Travis and Larry for a great experience thru the purchase and installation of 85 inch Sony Television, Sonos arc sound bar with Apple TV. Customer service was exceptional. Justin Curran was the installer that made you feel comfortable and relaxed as they hung the 120 pound plus television on the wall. Very professional and knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend Starpower Southlake to all my friends and family.

I have purchased all my appliances at StarPower and have always been happy with my experiences. My recent electronics purchased didn't disappoint . Travis was extremely helpful and made scheduling work for me. Terrell and Rylie the techs that delivered and set up my tv were professional, neat, and helpful setting up my system. This place is great. I called in asking question about headphone demos. I was connected with Andrew who is very knowledgable with everything concerning audio. He was able to answer all types of questions I had about DACs (Digital to Analog Converters).

There were a few DACs that I was interested in and he was willing to bring his own personal DACs into work the following day so I could demo them.

The whole experience was great and I highly recommend their friendly atmosphere.

I’m not the kind of person that leaves reviews. I feel the need to go ahead and leave the most positive review possible for STARPOWER. From beginning to end they were communicative about what to expect, and everything went according to plan. They estimated the labor precisely, and the installation team, Tony and Jose, were friendly and thorough in explaining how everything works (we even had a last minute adjustment, that I called for, and needed an electrician; they set up the appointment and timed it to minimize the labor hours), while also being patient with my toddlers constantly interrupting their work. Sean, at the Southlake location, seemed to read my mind in what I was envisioning for my living room and media room, and put a great plan together. Thank you all for everything!

We needed a WiFi and AV upgrade as what was installed by a different multi-media company 5 years ago was a mess. We decided to go with a tried and true leader in the industry this time around, StarPower. Travis came to our home and assessed our current Wi-Fi and AV systems and made recommendations. He was mindful to incorporate any of our currrent equipment which saved us some money. He is professional, personable and very knowledgeable and has answered texts from me well after the installation.
Our installation took 2 days and I can’t say enough about Dago and his crew. Dago is so professional and knowledgeable. He was patient when showing us the new system and has answered texts and has called to help us when we needed clarification.
Both Travis and Dago are great and StarPower is lucky to have them! Go with StarPower…you will not regret it!

If you're interested in home theater ideas, this is the place to go. They don't just have tvs, projectors, and stereo equipment, they offer installation as well. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. The vendors were even there for some of the products which I thought was great to get first hand knowledge of their products.

This place has the TV’s and Home Theater equipment we all wish we had. I set up my Media Room with a projector, stereo, and speakers from here and it is awesome. The staff here is very helpful and knowledgeable.

The technicians that installes my sytem were professional and demostrated knowledge on what they were doing. They were clean amd organized. John Tate and his tean did a great work and treated me and my house with respect.

Fantastic experience at Starpower in Southlake on 11/30/2019, all thanks to Kian Kargar who made it possible to come home with some amazing speakers and headphones. If you're ever at Starpower, don't be afraid to ask for Kian. Starpower is competitively priced to Best Buy and offers exceptionally better service.
