Mike and Cynthia are pure life savers. Our team takes "complicated orders" to them on the daily and they take care of everything with such grace and their turnaround time has consistently been accurate and align with our timelines. They have become a key factor in our business which allows us to look fantastic for our clients. We couldn't do it without them!

Chase in the printing department is a rockstar. Went above and beyond to help me and work on my project. 10/10 recommend this store, especially if Chase is who you get to work with.

Darrin is awesome! I came in needing 1,000 NICE envelopes ASAP. They only had 200 at their store. He took the time to call multiple stores in the area to find the correct ones. After receiving this information, he told me the top two stores that had the most to limit the number of stores I had to go to. Top of the line service!

We use the copy center here for business cards and other print needs and they are always on point. Madison there is really knowledgeable and you can tell she is hard working because she is always busy and attentive to clients in there. We have had a small wait on occassion but if we call in an order or drop something off it is always done before they tell us it will be which is great. They even call to let us know we can come in to pick up our order when it's ready. Overall this store is clean and well maintained, we always find good buys in their clearance section and the rewards savings add up for our business so it's good to be a return customer. If you have to pick between one store or another, you can't go wrong using this location. Keep up the good work, we appreciate your team in Southlake!

I have often asked the team at the print shop to do last minute miracles for me. This last week they printed about 250 is very simple business cards in 20 minutes. I told them I was in a rush and they produced.

I came to this Staple's store because the city of Irving does not have a Staple's. I needed to make some exchanges of supplies that I didn't need for supplies that would be used. As I walked the salesfloor choosing what Items I did need, Ashlyn was working stock, yet answered each question I had about products, helping me choose correctly. Then at the register I was greeted by Irene, who graciously rand up my order, even had to start over when the POS system did not cooperate. Thank you Ashlyn and Irene.

Katie in the print and shop area is wonderful. Went in there yesterday & she is top notch with customer service and we got exactly what was needed. She was even by herself & could've used some help but everything was excellent. Thank you.

I never come to Staples. But super nice guys! He gave me double the discount of my coupon value and even had someone walk it out to my car. Quiet and clean. Will definitely go back.

I came in this afternoon to print invitations for my sons’ bday party. They weren’t able to print them because they were TMNT trademarked but they helped me print them at the self printer and were soooo helpful. Kyndall was so kind and explained everything thoroughly. My 2 boys were also with me and they were being very wild bc the printer was having some problems, but a very kind employee named Kaylynn printed them Halloween coloring pages and brought them crayons. They sat quietly and colored the rest of the time. As a mother, i appreciate this SO MUCH! Always outstanding customer service at this location. Thank you!!

Helpful service, good selection. Sales prices are usually pretty good while they will match online pricing such as Amazon. (I think that is the case.)
