Smart Roofing did an excellent job of replacing our aged roof in a day. The installation was high quality, and they took care of even the finite details that improved the overall quality of the installation. The PM Rich Shanley was on top of things, and the crews were courteous, hard working and worked safe. I would not hesitate to recommend Smart Roofing.

The SmartRoof team came out to inspect a bit of storm damage to the roof and were very helpful with walking through documentation of damage, setting up insurance claim and inspection, then finally doing the repair. Everyone on the team was very responsive and helpful walking through timelines, process, and exactly what was needed. The installation was very quick with the team thoroughly cleaning the yard and even touching up paint scratches on the deck before leaving. Very happy overall with the project and my roof looks better than ever!

SmartRoof was on the ball from start to finish on our insurance repair. Replaced the entire roof and gutters in 2 days and worked with my insurance company to get it done on time and on budget. Definitely recommended. Great and friendly program manager, crew, and staff.

Smartroof was fantastic to work with in replacing our old existing roof with a solar roof. They guided us through the entire process from getting permits to setting expectations on when the actual installation would take place. Smartroof was on time and took great care of our property during installation. Once the materials arrived the roof took two days to install. The roof they installed looks fantastic and produces power. The solar panels blend right in with the rest of the roof, giving it a sleek and modern appearance. I would highly recommend working with Smartroof if you are looking to replace your existing roof.

SmartRoof's installation of a new roof, gutters, and skylight was a well organized project with a very positive outcome. Caleb Henderson, our project manager, was consistently able to answer our questions before, during and after the installation. While the project was well done, there were a few slips, albeit minor, that Caleb had taken photos of to show us and his boss.They were resolved within a day.

Overall, we were impressed by the workers skill, pace and clean up. Our project manager, Caleb, was totally on-the-job and kept us well informed throughout the project. We are very satisfied customers and highly recommend SmartRoof's services.

SmartRoof replaced my neighbor’s roof after receiving damage from a recent storm. During the work I spoke with SmartRoof representative Alex Issacs about inspecting my roof and he found damage to mine as well. SmartRoof's professional staff worked with me to get a full roof replacement from my insurance company.
The roof work was of excellent quality, so I contracted to do more exterior work to make the rest of the house look as well as the new roof. There were a few hiccups along the way, but I credit Project Manager Nevin Byrd with going over and above to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction.

We have a very difficult roof. The installation showed up with a good plan and executed it very well. Isai, the foreman, was phenomenal. We replaced our skylights which was very messy. He took care of everything. The entire crew was very professional and courteous throughout the entire process. Thomas was great as the project coordinator and would highly recommend SmartRoof to others.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Tom shepherded our insurance claim through the process and made easy what we expected to be an ordeal. Haley understood exactly what we needed for the roof replacement and did not try to “upsell.” Rich kept us informed at every stage of our project install and was especially accommodating of last-minute scheduling changes on our end.

Smartroof did a wonderful job installing my whole roof in one day. My project manager Caleb assured me the installation was going smoothly. Superb! Smartroof installed my new roof and I couldn’t be happier. They handled the claim with my insurance, were onsite with the evaluation, walked me through the installation process, and was there the day of the install. My project manager (Caleb H.) kept me informed throughout the installation, shared pics along the way, and addressed any questions. I could not be more happier with my roof and the Smartroof team. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Anthony Price inspect our roof and discussed all details with insurance officer. Process was easy from inspection to approval. Daniel Bowling explained us the whole process including materil to signing up the paper work. Rich Rojas was our project manager, shared the details from start to finish, easy to communicate and promptly replied to all our questions. Overall stasified with whole process.

Everyone involved in replacing my roof made the process as easy as possible, from Jonathan Alder coming out to inspect the roof and advise us on the best path forward to Zach Swallow managing the installation to all of the roofers and painters that did the work. All of my questions and concerns were answer and I'm very happy to have a nice dry house.
