Carroll at Rivery Ranch Apartments

We just ended a lease here after 2-3 years. We were some of the earlier residents. We were grateful to find Carroll at the time we did, and now that our lease has ended, grateful for all the times and memories there. Roxy, Ashley, maintenance crew and everyone who've we've interacted with through the years there were always nice, professional and available, whether it was phone, email, etc. The buildings are new, the location is great and convenient (close to shopping, freeways for commuting, new HEB, in a growing city in Georgetown, etc). You can literally walk to home depot, a movie theater or some fine dining. We never had issues with our neighbors. The office tries to organize different events throughout the year, and although the building sometimes gets hit with some unexpected surprises due to weather in TX, they stay positive and keep the grounds maintained. Only thing to caution is that the Wolf Ranch Pkwy is increasingly busy, and having the city aid residents with some traffic control there would be helpful to allow residents a safe entry/exit whether walking or in car. I emailed the city about a year back and they said the intersection is on their radar. However, that's to no fault of Carroll. Would recommend anyone (single, couple, married, with kids, seniors, etc) to live there! The primary residents were my mom and aunt, and for a period my brother. It worked for everyone. Ashley & Roxy helped us through the leasing process every step of the way. They were quick to respond to our emails and calls, engage with the community frequently, and they're always very welcoming when we happen to drop by the office! Ashley makes sure there are fun resident-led activites and food trucks each month, which is something we lacked in previous apartment leases. The pool is kept clean thru the summer, and the staff keeps the grounds neat. We had our AC start to go out twice at the beginning of summer-unfortunately that's a normal part of Texas heat, and the friendly maintenance crew showed up within 30 minutes for repair (our apartment never even had time to get uncomfortably toasty). We've never had a pest problem, trash left everywhere, or troublesome neighbors either. Very quiet, well-established, friendly community.

After much online research I decided to make an appointment to see the apartment at Carroll at Rivery Ranch. I met with Ashley Robinson. She's an outstanding member of the team, she was very knowledgeable of the community and the apartment life. On the walk through she answered all of my questions. She took me around the community and showed me all the amenities. Once I decided to rent here, she was very patient with me as I had a million questions. This community has lived up to all my expectations. The staff are friendly and helpful. The apartment is well appointed, they missed no details here! This is definitely a place you can call home! Do your own research but come take a look at our community and be sure to ask for Ashley!

It is such a pleasure to be a part of this community. Things are so different than they were at my previous apartment. I've gotten to know my neighbors, the office staff is so knowledgeable and accommodating, and maintenance (who actually respond to calls here!) is hardworking and personable. I'm not good with names, but I'm looking forward to living here long enough to know all of them! I just can't say enough how much my family and I are pleased to be here, and I cannot recommend it enough!

I've been a resident in this apartment for just over a month, and I'm delighted to report that it has been an exceptional experience. From the moment I embarked on the apartment tour and commenced the application process, Roxy, Miranda, and Ashley exhibited kindness, warmth, and the utmost professionalism. What's truly remarkable is that these qualities have remained unwavering since I signed the lease; if anything, they have only grown stronger. The office staff consistently demonstrates a willingness to address any questions or concerns I may have, and they promptly take action to resolve them.

An added perk I thoroughly enjoy is the complimentary morning coffee, and the office staff never fail to greet me with a cheerful "Good morning" and a warm smile. It's an excellent way to start the day, and it's hard to top free coffee, friendly greetings, and a smile!

I must also extend a heartfelt shout - out to the maintenance team: Johnny, Chelsea, and Ulises! They are truly exceptional - friendly, approachable, intelligent, and professional. Any maintenance issues or requests are handled promptly, and they always leave my apartment in impeccable condition after completing their work.

Coming from California, I can't say if it's a Southern thing or simply a testament to Carroll at River Ranch's high employee standards, but you won't be disappointed or forgotten by the staff here.

The spacious layout of the apartment is truly outstanding. The open floor concept from the kitchen to the living room is perfect for relaxation and entertaining guests. The bedroom easily accommodates a king-sized bed with ample room to spare. And let's not forget the shower feature - OMG, you simply must experience it for yourself because words can't do it justice.

Now, let's talk about the external perks. The apartment complex's amenities are second to none. There's a gym, a pool, a BBQ area, a movie theater, summer kitchen, a dog park, and more. They even offer a secure package delivery system for Amazon, a true bonus for online shoppers. Additionally, they host events and have a resident’s portal with interest groups, fostering an outstanding sense of community. The neighbors are friendly and welcoming, and the building frequently hosts events that facilitate resident interaction and connection.

The location of this apartment is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city. It provides effortless access to all your essential needs. Restaurants, shops, a movie theater, newly built HEB, newly built COSTCO, and a Walmart, most within a short walk, making life incredibly convenient.

In conclusion, I couldn't be more pleased with my decision to call this apartment home. It genuinely feels like home, and if you're seeking a spacious and comfortable residence in the heart of the city, I wholeheartedly recommend giving this apartment serious consideration.

I have only lived here a short time but I have had the best experience! The apartments are clean and quite. Maintenance is friendly and professional. Roxy was extremely friendly and made our move in process seamless. Her professionalism was one of the main reasons we chose this apartment over others. I could not recommend this apartment enough!

Me and my family have been here for two weeks but the staff at the location are amazing and super helpful. Ashley helped us a lot and made our application process easy. I have been impressed by the size of our apartment. Clean and located near popular shopping stores and the school of our kid. Great location for us!

LOVE IT HERE!!! We looked everywhere in Georgetown and had a tricky move situation with timing etc. We looked at the Carroll and knew right away it was perfect for us! Roxy Young, an amazing member of the management team was phenomenal and I mean a total class act!! She was so helpful and made a stressful time actually pretty easy!! She worked with us to ensure we got the apartment we were hoping for, at a price we could afford. She is the best and immediately made us comfortable and excited about the move! With so many new options available we still chose the Carroll at Rivery because it ticked every box. The Apartments are so pretty with great patio space. The staff is amazing and the property is maintained nicely. Johnny and team have been out to address a couple small needs over the last couple of months and is always friendly, informative and efficient. Plenty of great places two walk our dogs and the community as a whole is just so lovely! We can’t say enough, we love it here!! ❤

Ashley and Roxy were both very professional and wonderful workers. I'm very happy with my apartment I love everything about it. I also wanna thank the whole staff including the maintenance people for working hard everyday to provide us we a 5 star apartments.

I was checking out apartments in the area and loved the look of Rivery Ranch (and the name! A ranch full of rivers is such a charming image!). Unfortunately my situation changed and I was unable to relocate to the area, but the process was a breeze! I spoke to a few people in the office, and everyone was so helpful and nice! I'm disappointed I won't get to meet them.

The staff at Carroll is fantastic. They have been quick to respond to service needs and always greet you with a smile. I am thankful for Roxy and Ashley. I recommend this apartment complex.

Words can’t explain how awesome Roxy is, I just PCS here from Ohio to FT.HOOD military base looking at so many apartments and not finding the right one. Spending so much money at hotels and finally I came across Carroll at Rivery Ranch. The minute I walked through the doors Roxy was extremely helpful, explained everything in detail didn’t miss a beat. Her energy was extremely pure and genuine, she made the walk through so smooth and welcoming, she took her time showing every model and around the complex. Best experience I ever had, very professional but also laid back. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to assist me in this process. She definitely lift a huge load and stress off my shoulders. If I could give her a raise myself I would. THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH ROXY YOU'RE AMAZING!!!!

Recently relocated from renting a home in La to apartment living in Tx and I love it here. The office staff is friendly every-time, not just when trying to lease an apartment. Ashley was my leasing agent and she made the process pretty smooth and timely. I’ve had to call maintenance twice, once was because of my own accident and another time to change the batteries in the fire Alarm and they came right out. All of my encounters on the property have been friendly. It’s a no smoking property which I appreciate. The pool area is beautiful. The amenities are too many to list. Everything and anything I may need is within a 10min drive. The apartments are updated, spacious and beautiful. The property is well maintained. I feel safe while I’m out walking Daisy. There is valet trash pick up… like what? I may never want to leave, I’m spoiled here.

Roxy is a kind and caring APM! She is one of the main reasons I decided to live at Carroll at Rivery Ranch. I wanted to live some where that management valued me and my family. Roxy answered all of my questions prior to move-in and has been welcoming and helpful since we moved in.

Great staff! Very friendly. The pool is so much fun. They keep everything very clean! Great place to live. Location is perfect for Georgetown life!

Roxy helped us all the way through our move in process and was absolutely great! We are now officially Carroll at Rivery Ranch residents thanks to her. SO very pleased :)

There was nothing complicated about our move to The Carroll. Miranda, Roxy, and Ashley have made the experience of moving rather....dare I say, enjoyable?

We've been here only a few months and are so incredibly happy to live in a complex knowing the real issues are not only fixed immediately but also maintained.

All of our amenities are available and they do cool things for us residents! Thank you for all you guys do.
