Chris Lattimer went above and beyond and helped us find and order all the items I specifically wanted. They arrived on time, exactly as expected, and we are very happy with our purchase. The gentlemen at the loading dock two weeks later was efficient and knowledgeable. A very simple process! (I even think I want 2 more chairs!)

Val helped me pick out leather furniture last weekend. My first time buying leather, also my first time at the store. She was extremely knowledgeable and made great suggestions. She took extra time to follow up on the scheduled delivery. The new furniture is so comfy. Thanks Val for the awesome service!

Stopped in not knowing what I wanted for a living room set and was greeted by a lovely smile. Joy was very helpful. She went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for. I didn't feel like I was just a number. I can tell she cared about my needs! The store overall is very well put together lots to see and choose from! I would recommend to all my friends!

Visited other furniture stores during that day as well, and the sales staff would not leave us alone the whole time, so we could find what was right for us.

Kane Koeneke came to our rescue!! We have been looking for a simple black reclining couch and matching chair for over three weeks. Kane came up to us in a friendly manner (not all in your face sales person) and asked if he could help us. I said we're looking for the impossible and Kane responded "oh that's not impossible " He immediately took us to exactly what we had been looking for! Prices were great, Kane was great and now mission accomplished. Thank you Kane for saving the day!

Had an excellent experience at Ashley home store in Cedar Falls. Rodney was extremely helpful and made our shopping trip a breeze. Would highly recommend. By far our favorite furniture store in the area now, for both the large selection and high focus on customer care.

Kane was the greatest salesman! We left with the most perfect couch purchase and he was able to do some perfect calculating on finances to make everything work for us. 10/10 experience. I was also encouraged to take my time and to test out lots of options which was different than my other experiences!

Rachel was absolutely 💯 helpfully to me. Very friendly and patient with my changing my minds on items. She told me of every option I had in the items I was wanting. She was alot of fun to work with at my shopping.

We worked with Chris and he was so great! He’s fairly new there, but I felt like he was really knowledgeable of everything. He had a great sense of humor which we appreciate! He made our experience very enjoyable! We went in looking for recliners , but ended up buying a table and chairs and barstools! We will definitely be coming back! Another great thing is that most the furniture is in stock so you don’t have to wait so that is a definite plus when you are needing some furniture!

Recently bought a home and in need of some furniture! Stopped in looking for a couple of pieces to match our current couch and Rodney Gibbons took excellent care of us! He quickly found the matching pieces and walked us through the process. We will be back to work with him again for future purchases!

Walked in looking for a bedroom set. Holly found us a beautiful bedroom set. We moved on to purchasing a tv stand with a fireplace. Holly helped us to find an amazing deal on some fine leather seating for the family room. Next we were off to the sleep center where Kane used his expertise to find us just the right mattress. Can’t wait to try it out. He took his time and his unique salesmanship helped keep mine and my wife’s preferences unknown until he had us settled in to the perfect firmness and mattress. Kane and Holly are the best!
