I had the best experience with Oksana! I approached her with some tours I had found myself online and she quickly found me a few options that were much better than mine. Better hotels, more excursions and meals included for about the same price. The trip was perfect, better than my husband and I imagined! I highly recommend working with Oksana. 😊

To say we had a great time would definitely be an understatement of the year. We absolutely had a blast on our first ever cruise and super glad we had our travel agent Oksana Tsisinskyy to guide us and answer any questions we had. The day after we came back she contacted up to check up on us and a few days later she found another amazing deal for us and we are excited to be going on our next cruise at the end of the year.

Oxana made sure that my travel was perfect and safe since it was my first time traveling solo. She booked flight/hotel/transportation, suggested the restaurants and made sure she had explained me everything regarding COVID procedures as it is pertinent in order to travel without delays. I loved everything!!!! The beach at this hotel (Barcelo Maya) was absolutely the best one in Mexico!!! Which Oxana made sure I see as I am used to be going to a different hotel, but she spoke of this place highly and found an amazing deal so I decided to give it a try. She also gave me details on drone laws to make sure it was Okay, so she went above and beyond to accommodate me. For which I am extremely grateful and will provide the photos and videos so she could show her future clients <3

Oksana at signature Travel Planets helped us with planning our 20th year anniversary trip to Mexico. With COVID restrictions and our previous two trips being cancelled, we decided to go through a travel agent, and boy, so glad we did. Communication was amazing. I have hearing difficulty and was not able to talk on the phone and Oksana was more than willing to communicate via text and email. Kind, friendly and very knowledgeable. Our flight changed three times before our trip, and every time, Oksana made sure the changes will work for us. Already planing on where we can go next. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful experience with booking our trip to Cancun, Mexico with Oxana in December 2020.

We really wanted to visit Atelier Playa Mujeres resort that was not available through typical channels such as Apple Vacations. To our delight, Oxana was able to make the booking for us with no issues.

Oxana provided us with multiple options for the time frame we gave her. This included price options for 7-day stay vs 10-day, as well as various flight options. She also suggested private transfer options. In other words, you will truly get a customized experience to fit your needs and your budget.

Once we made our booking, Oxana sent all of the detailed itinerary information via email with additional links to travel forms and any current flight restrictions. She then sent an update a week before our departure and also mailed us an itinerary booklet and a travel journal (nice touch!).

I also had some last minute questions and Oxana was very prompt to respond to them right away.

We loved our hotel and the special bonus privileges that Oxana was able to get us as part of our booking with the hotel.

Overall, we received an exceptional customer service from Oxana and a customized vacation booking that fit our budget and the time frame. We will be using Oxana for all our future travel bookings and cannot recommend her enough! I’ve worked with few different travel agents and she’s hands down the best. Truly cares about providing you with the best vacation and the best booking experience.

Oksana did a fantastic job planning our honeymoon. We knew we wanted to go some where warm and relax and she provided us with a multitude of options and price ranges. She was even able to include airfare options into the price point which was very helpful.

Even after we finalized our plans with her, should continued to watch the prices and contacted us when she found the price had actually gone down. She was diligent in her work and thus saved us money. She sent us our documents in the mail with everything we would possibly need for our trip to make it even easier for us. She was able to get us upgraded to a better room with her connections. Needless to say, we highly recommend Oksana for your travel plans and we will certainly be using her again.

I can’t say enough great things about Oksana and Signature Travel Planners but let me try. She’s the best of the best! She knows what she’s doing and she’s great at it. She will go above and beyond to make sure you are getting what you are looking for and more. She follows up and follows through. Planning a big trip can get very stressful and time consuming that’s why having an expert do it for you makes a world of a difference. I am so thankful to have booked my trip with her and will continue to do so!
