Can’t recommend this place enough. High quality delicious sushi at a good price. The restaurant is clean and the staff are friendly and attentive. Everything I have ordered here over the years has tasted so good. I especially recommend the Hawaiian and Butterfly roll. They also give you Miso!

Incredible high quality, super fresh sushi. I highly recommend this restaurant. Very attentive & kind staff. The restaurant is spotless and the sushi is divine. A true gem. Highly recommend the Butterfly roll. If you like exceptional sushi, Sushiya is the place.

Hidden Gem… my sister, daughter and I were out shopping when we drove past this restaurant. Everyone was so welcoming and accommodating. Everything was delicious and amazingly prepared. This place was a 10/10 and we can’t wait to return.

The new rolls are very delicious, I really liked the King Kong roll. But I still love the old rolls very much. I always get the Avocado Torch every time I come and it still taste great.

Sushi was so delicious, and the staff greeted us as we walked in.

Everything was clean and we didn't wait long. The server was polite and helpful with addressing our food allergies.

My friend and I brought our kids and the staff was happy to see them and interacted with them too.

Over all a very exceptionally great experience.

We will definitely come again.

This is our go-to sushi spot in Chicagoland! The sushi is always very fresh and tasty, and the folks that run the place are kind and attentive. We ordered the Godzilla roll, 4 seasons roll, and Sashimi dinner Bento. Everything was delicious and filling 😋

My fiancé and I couldn’t be happier with this place, we are both big fans of sushi and honestly this was some of the best sushi we’ve had and at a really decent price. Highly highly recommend!

Best sushi in the area, hands down! Incredibly fresh fish, phenomenal display (sorry for photos- I already started eating before thinking of doing a review :( ). Staff is incredibly kind and quick , taking care of you non stop. Love this place !!!

The restaurant itself is small and gives a 'cozy' vibe! Friendly and 'thoughtful' (explained below) staff. Wide selection; fresh fish; nominally priced!

We ordered the salmon sushi roll, salmon nigiri, California crazy maki (fried) and the Teriyaki chicken (in picture). Every item came out rather quickly and properly spaced out.

I must admit, the salmon nigiri - it was the most generous piece of salmon ever served! You will not be disappointed! Everything was fresh and delicious. Our order came with miso soup for all of us. The waitress, already put some ice in my 2 year old's soup (exactly how we would do at home!) and it was ready to satisfy her hunger pangs - without a moment's delay! She loved the sweetish teriyaki sauce with chicken.

A sweet surprise - since our order crossed $50, we got free large beer (during weekends)! Loved it. Our loyalty to this restaurant has just been renewed!!

After driving by for many years, i decided to give it a try because my normal sushi place went downhill. The reviews were great so I had high hopes. They came through. The staff was friendly and the sushi was very well done. The prices were right in line with the surrounding sushi places but in my opinion stands a bit above the rest in quality. It is a tiny little place but cozy and clean. I highly recommend this place.

The restaurant is a little hard to spot, but the food is good. The waitress was friendly & attentive. I ordered a Vegetable Tempora, Alaskan Roll & a Dragon Roll with edamame & miso soup. The food tasted fresh and came out quickly. I love the temporary, it was lightly battered and you could taste the vegetables. The rolls were a nice proportion and were made at the sushi bar. The chef also used gloves and kept his food area clean.

Friendly staff and they guide the first timers well. Loved the chicken katsu, huge size but very yummy. Love their Cali roll and avocado roll.. they give you soup and edamame free of charge.. take out available. Place is small and it is packed during business hours .. so go early.

Fresh flowers always, amazing food, especially soup, lemon water, affordable. After coming here couple times they remember us now and treat us as friends. Amazing cozy atmosphere. If I could, I would give 10/5 start. Keep it up guys !

Found this hole in the wall sushi place for our anniversary. Wow we were so impressed! We ordered way too much, edamame, a few rolls, a bento box, and they give you miso soup with your meal. Everything was fabulous! Possibly the best bento box I ever had! And the prices aren't crazy, they are average for a suburban sushi joint. They have a large sake menu too if you like that. We will definitely be back!

This place is amazing! I would recommend it 100%. The food is fresh and delicious (I would recommend the tropical roll amongst others) and the service is excellent. Emma and Brian were the kindest! They are very accommodating with any food restrictions and have great energy when they interact with you. To whoever is craving sushi, this is the place to go!

I eat here weekly. Great value for all their lunch specials. They’re fresh fish is also very good, salmon is the best!

Always great food !!would highly recommend the larger rolls are the Godzilla and Sushiya Roll . The two most popular rolls are unlike any place, is the avocado torch and the firecrunch Maki the flavor of the spicy tuna is on point! A must try for you tuna fans. Love the owner
