Love HOME DEPOT but they need to start moving away fast from all the China made products. We need more American made. This will boost sales bring back some pride create jobs good for America.

After a mix up with a large pickup order with another employee, Lacey was able to arrange for our pickup order to be ready within the hour!! Spectacular customer service and care!

Great staff! The staff here taught me how to rewire my garage and it saved me a lot of time! This store always has what I need and the prices are great as well!

Kyle in the mill work dept stayed an hour and a half late on a Friday night to help me with a big order of doors. He went above and beyond for us! Hope his manager recognizes his work ethic and customer service skills!

Wow. Clean, well stocked. Friendly employees....Home Depot should have been like this years ago before Lowes came on the scene. I found the standard selection of products. Christmas trees and Santas were set up and ready to sell sell sell. The plants looked healthy.

I am doing a painting project at home, and I chose the Behr brand paint carried by Home Depot. They have a large selection of colors/shades to choose from. This made finding the perfect color for my project easy. I also like the quality of Behr paint.

I went here trying to find some screws. They put so much effort with making sure I got what was gonna work.

They are good but some times their pick up numbers doesn’t match specialy if picking up for CH Robinson.

Using the Home Depot app while in the store, we order a bottom freezer refrigerator. It was going to be an earlier delivery date.
The (2 day) Monday delivery date versus 7 to 10 days.
The store did help with this option. She also suggested to purchase the 5 year extended warranty plan when we ordered online.

Recently, I visited the Glen Carbon, Illinois Home Depot store. I believe I visited on the afternoon of Monday, September 12, 2022.

Upon entering, an older gentleman immediately asked me what I was looking for and pointed me towards the department. Upon getting to the paint department, though busy, Doc made sure to direct me to the appropriate paint for my deck. He was very knowledgeable.

Both men were professional and approachable. It is my sincere hope that someone can pass on my appreciation to them.

Bought a 4x4x10 and asked to have it cut in half. No problem, glad to do it. Also Bought a hose extender from a choice of several types. On the other hand, I admit I first went to Lowes because they were more convenient. There they had no hose extenders but was told I could order on line and have it in three or four days. Then went to lumber picked out a 4x4x10 and asked for it to be cut in half. Was told they only cut 1x1 or 2x2. No offer to cut my piece. Guess where I'll shop from now on?

I have gutted my garage in order to replace old wooden cabinets with metal ones. I love the convenience of ordering on line but when I had questions, I was lucky enough to ask a wonderful young associate, Marquinten to help me. He was patient and showed me on line which options would be the best for my needs. I love our store and the people they hire.

It can be frightening and embarrassing to venture into a store like this to search for multiple items related to installing a water heater, vanity, and multiple pipes, fittings, etc. I asked for help and was greeted by Bob. I am so glad I met Bob. You see, he was absolutely the right person to assist us. We got absolutely every part we needed and we did it all late at night, before close. I wanted to make sure he is recognized for his great work ethic and knowledge. Oh, and thank you Maddie for recommending the Home Depot cc with 0% interest. Thank you very much Bob and Maddie.

We shop here often. There is a lot of availability here. It is family friendly and handicapped accessible. There is free parking with handicapped parking spots also. We wanted to order fiberglass exterior doors with composite framing. Michael was wonderful with ordering our doors online. He had some good questions to make sure we ordered what we needed and necessary materials for installation. We plan on shopping here again.

It was time for a new water heater and Home Depot carries Rheem, considered a top brand, that I wanted to use as the replacement. I was able to get a 50 gallon model with a 12 year warranty, including a glass lined tank and remote connectivity, so I can enable vacation mode when I remember after we are already away on vacation. The model I wanted was on the top shelf and weighs about 160lbs. Their associates were great at getting 2 of the units down. I didn't want to buy the first as the box had some significant damage--maybe the unit on the inside was okay but I didn't want to risk having to come back with a return. They loaded in the SUV for me, definitely a bonus. The one complaint I have is they recently updated their point of sale devices and I can no longer pay with my phone.

I came in super late and no one rushed me was able to find what I needed no problem even forgot my wallet in the truck the teller just laughed and said no problem I be right here when you get back. That's how you should treat your costumers definitely recommend
