They even were able to squeeze my project in earlier than I was expecting. My house is now beautiful and I am so happy with their work. I would highly suggest working with this company. FORTEC checked off all the boxes to delivering great customer service. The remarkable work they put in with my insurance company was quite impressive. Their in-house adjuster service gets a 5-star. The company did all the leg work with my insurance company to assure that I received the best possible outcome. The roofing crew arrived early to start the job right at 8 am!! I am truly in awe with the amount of work they did in one day. I have a beautiful new roof! And the cleanup after was amazing. They left my yard cleaner than it was before. I recently used Fortec to install a new roof on our house and was very pleased with the overall experience. First off, Ray provided me with multiple samples of various shingles and explained to me the differences between the base line shingles and the upgraded shingles. He also supplied me with multiple estimates for all the various grades of shingles. The crew that worked on our house put in 2 very long days of hard work, with no breaks other than their lunch break. While doing their work, they pointed out some other "issues" with my roof rafters that needed to be addressed, and they were able to make all the necessary repairs themselves. The clean up operation was thorough and complete, they did not leave until they gave me a complete tour of the premises and got my approval of everthing they had done. Overall, I will say that I was very satisfies with their work and would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my friends.

I had seven windows replaced. From the
beginning when Ray came out he checked all my windows and was very thorough. I felt the pricing was fair and he explained options and why he recommended what he did. When he said he was going to do something or follow through and a question I had oh, he did it . I was very satisfied with how we handle things. Things got delayed because of the winter and then as soon as the weather cleared he was prompt getting to me and starting the job. The installer did a fantastic job. I was concerned about possible damage on the exterior because I had just had some work done but it was perfect. There was an issue with one set of windows and both Ray and the installer Carlos did not make me feel like I was being picky or difficult. They stayed on it until they resolved it and as it turned out it was a very minor issue with an easy solution but what it showed me was that they were not willing to have a job completed that didn't meet the customers expectations. Now I'm sorry I didn't have a few more windows replaced and I'm very happy with the outcome.

My mother needed her roof redone after 2 years because of a subpar job. Fortec completely replaced her roof and her garage roof, and it is perfectly done. They pay attention to detail, do a wonderful and efficient job, and cleaned up afterwards! My husband went up to inspect it and wants Fortec to replace our roof next Spring. Thank you so much and the completely new roof didn’t break the budget!

Our relationship with FORTEC Building Group started over a year ago, winter of 2019. We had hail damage to our duplex siding and Michael Rob made the whole application and insurance process easy for us. He did all the foot work!! We had our duplex neighbor to work with on the project as well, and material selections. Michael was very accommodating and patient working with 2 families. Due to the COVID 19 virus our installation was delayed by a few months. However, the installation team, led by Hugo, was SUPERB! They were very thoughtful of our personal property, outdoor furniture, flowers, water hose brackets, lighting, and replacing everything back in their original location. ALL debris was cleared! After they completed the project, you wouldn’t have known that workmen had been there, except for the beautiful workmanship of our new fresh siding! They were a great team!

I had new siding installed on my home exactly a year ago. The adjuster that I worked with was Michael Sooter. He was very professional in the entire process of working with my homeowners insurance and getting the installer from Fortec to install the new siding. All I can say is that all the positive reviews for this company are very accurate.
