Space Management Self Storage

Once the location sold, the prices went up. We moved out a month after. It was always difficult to get ahold of a person. Our entrance code changed twice. They went electronically through email and auto payments. Was hard for my grandma to do much. Was time to go, we needed something easier and less stressful for grandma.

We moved here from Utah and needed storage until we were settled in our new home. Space Management's staff was friendly, prompt, courteous and went out of their way to insure that we had a positive experience.

They made a storage unit available on short notice and provided us with a six month lease.Unit was clean and well maintained. After the six month lease was up we moved our items to our new home. They were in excellent shape and the storage unit provided great protection over a hard wet winter.

I recommend Space Management and if we ever need a storage unit again they will be my choice.

I used this company to store my things in between moves. The owners are super friendly and very helpful. My unit was the perfect size and I didn’t have any issues with rain or animals getting into unit. It’s a great location and I could access anytime I needed to. I would highly recommend!

Brian was so great to work with. He did not have the unit size we were looking for but discounted a larger unit for us. We used the unit for a couple months in between moving houses. It was easy to get a hold of the owner if we had any questions or concerns. When we had a moving trailer come pick up our stuff, Brian gave us permission to have the trailer right next to the unit to avoid a long walk for loading. Couldn’t have asked for a better storage experience. Thanks Space Management!

If you're looking for a good storage facility in or around Crystal Lake, Space Management is a hidden gem! Conveniently located behind Portillo's, the prices are very reasonable and the management staff are wonderful to work with. I highly recommend Space Management!
