As a local business owner i want to say how much i use and appreciate InsureChampaign. I LOVE EVERYONE here and they ALWAYS go the extra mile for me. I never thought when starting my business I would contact my insurance agents this much but I'm grateful to have them on my side. THANK YOU FOR BEING AWESOME!

This is the only insurance company that we have used that has gone over and beyond to get us the cheapest rate possible. Customer service is fantastic.

I went today and Kim and Rachel was so great. I'm came from Byra insurance, which was offer, the lady's worked hard to get me the right insurance with the right prices. Thank you guys!

Called about insurance and the person at the front office hung up on me. Then I called again informed them someone rudely hung up on me and they had to said was “okay” so I decided I’d rather not do business with someone who can’t even apologize when they hang up on people. Everyone deserves respect no matter your age, color, or race.

InsureChampaign found an insurer for the house that we were still trying to sell after moving. After we closed on the sale and canceled the policy, it took almost 2 months (with repeated email followups and despite promises that it would arrive in days) to get the prorated refund. We also never received an adequate explanation (again despite multiple requests over several weeks) about why the refund amount was less than it should have been or even how the amount was determined. My guess is that this is a case in which there were too many agents involved -- they passed it along to another agency that then passed it along to an underwriter. But, the communication throughout was poor and the representatives did not answer our questions.
