AT&T Store

Nolan was the best. He took care of everything immediately and gave me the best service. He also explained the costs of upgrading my phone.
I will recommend him to everyone I know.

Worked with Emily at the south Neil location. She handled the entire process and focused on giving our family share the best deals possible. It was a seamless experience. She answered all questions, corrected issues with the phones, and was able to transfer all info/data onto the phones while in the store.

They offered us the perfect experience that we needed. Nolan’s greeting, Garin’s professionalism was perfect! We have been visiting few at&t stores and was offered hilarious price for some plans that almost considered switching the carrier but these guy’s professionalism stopped it ad we decided to stick to at&t. They are pro. Ask Garin!

Went in for a phone upgrade. Seth was super helpful and nice. Was good to just talk to someone that was nice but not too “professional” or constantly trying to get me to buy things I didn’t want or need. Also a shout out to Nolan who was also friendly and conversational! Great experience.

I am shocked by all of the reviews made against Adam. I had nothing short of a wonderful experience with him. He was very helpful, understanding, and able to switch my phone plan around with ease. There was a bit of a wait, but he was also the only person working that day and he updated me every so often as to when he would be able to help me with my phone. While i was waiting for data to transfer over to my new phone, I watched Adam interact with other customers while I was waiting and he was also very respectful to them. I chose to go back to this specific AT&T store out of the others because of the great experience I had with Adam. I had a very positive experience, and AT&T is lucky to have someone like Adam working for their team!

Emily at AT&T was amazing to work with. She was really helpful, went through my account with me, and helped me get all set up with what I needed. She was kind, efficient, and easy to work with.

Nolan was great helping get a new phone for my wife! He helped us through the process and had it set up and ready to go when we walked out the door! Excellent customer service at the South Neil store!

The customer service was awesome at the SOUTH NEIL STREET, CHAMPAIGN, IL! The AT&T employees were very helpful in my purchase of the correct phone that would best benefit the customer's usage!

Came in to upgrade my phone, was expecting to be here for a long time since I came in on a Saturday during student move in, however, Nolan was super helpful at getting me in and out super quick! Very helpful with all of the questions I had and gave me some extra things for my dad to think about and consider for when he goes to upgrade his phone.

I had the most amazing experience there today ADAM and his female coworker (sorry I totally should have gotten her name also) were super knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and all around wonderful ❤! They went the extra steps needed and saved the day and therefore saved my daughter's birthday surprise 🎂 🥳! So many other companies and stores had let us down! WAY TO GO GUYS! YOU TWO ARE ROCKING IT!!!!!

Emily is my go to girl when it comes to all my AT&T needs. I went to her old location to receive help and had a terrible time so thankful I was able to come to this location and felt welcomed and helped by everyone in this store!

Continue to hire high quality people like John and Nolan! They both go the extra mile when it comes to customer service, and that means a lot to me. I also saved money and had all my questions answered. I drive across town because the service is always better at this location.

I went into the at&t on neil in Champaign today, 03/10. Adam & Seth helped me out with a problem charging my iphone. They both went above and beyond to help out. I’ll definitely let friends know it’s a great place to do business.
