We are not even in this area, we’re from the Quad Cities (2 hours away), we came all the way because our local VW dealer wasn’t helpful at all. They didn’t seem to care to even attempt to make a deal or help us out. I came across a used car I wanted that was at this dealership, & when I called I was connected with Dan, & from the start he was super helpful. I told him what we needed/wanted, & he & the sales management made it happen. Not only did they do that, they actually got us into a brand new car instead for the same payment we were needing. Dan was super nice, helpful, reassuring, knowledgeable & was eager to make a deal with us. His 20+ years in this business shows. Even after we purchased the car, it was only hours later that I was feeling regret. But a quick phone call with him about something I didn’t like turned into him teaching me how to use a feature I thought was going to result in a return of the car. He stopped whatever he was doing to help me out & it was awesome! Customer service is so great at this dealership, we are super happy & would gladly drive the 2 hours there again in the future. Really great place to buy a car if you're in the market for one. Jen Olsen helped me find a car that was right for me and my family after we totalled our car in January. She worked with us on the price and the interest rate to find what would be best for our budget. I especially appreciate that you can finance and set up insurance all through the dealership. I had an overall great experience with Bloomington Normal Automall and working with Daniel. I was ended up purchasing a 2021 Polestar 2 which was somewhat of an unusual car in these parts (being 350 miles away from the nearest Polestar dealership). However, the car buying experience from Automall was professional, prompt, and courteous. I went on several extended test drives and each time Daniel was patient and helpful. In addition, I had done a significant amount of research on both the car and the background of the sale (e.g. normal prices, trade values, etc.), and I felt respected as a well researched customer and the experience (including the negotiation) was pleasant. During the negotiation process, Daniel was helpful and serious about getting the deal closed. In the end, they gave me a fair offer for my trade and what I feel to be a great deal on the car. For reference, on the day of purchase, I dropped by at 1:00 PM and the sale was wrapped up by 4:30 PM (including a trip to my bank), which has been my smoothest car buying experience so far. Big shout out to Daniel and the Bloomington Normal Automall for the extremely smooth and professional process.

Just purchased my first car here and I have been very happy with my purchase. Daniel in the VW area was very helpful and knowledgeable, also he and his manager worked to help me because I was local to the area. I came in a few days to check out the vehicle and ask questions, but on the day I ended up purchasing they knew I was coming during a work break, so they had all paperwork ready for me when I got there. I was able to sign all paperwork, pay my down payment, get plates, and leave with the car all on my break.
