Great experience.

Came recommended from our general contractor. We got runners put in for two of our staircases. Whole process was smooth, and the end product came out great. Measuring and estimate was fast, in and out in maybe 15 minutes, got our quotes later that day. Showroom support was wonderful, wide variety and lots of help choosing. Oleg, our installer was great. Very professional, even brought out packages in for us.

We love our stair runner. The process was extremely easy. We went in store with our rep (Eddy). He showed us all the options and sent us home with samples. The install took about a half a day and Ollie was clean friendly and quick. 10/10 experience

My wife and I went to Home Carpet One to look and LVP Flooring for our new build, and had the best experience. The show room was quite large with a wide selection of different flooring projects, but we felt immediately welcomed by the woman who greeted us at the front desk. Then, our sales associate James was incredibly helpful, not only in understanding our options, but also providing valuable advice about both technical specs and design.

James Roach was prompt, professional and knowledgeable in helping us select porcelain tile for an addition. He made the whole process very easy.

I received the best, and friendliest service from Kaylee, Mike and Joshua when selecting tile and all were quite patient and accommodating, even after I changed course several times and exchanged a few orders. Overall a great experience, great selection and great service. I bought my tile here and plan to also buy carpet. 5 stars!

I have used Home Carpet One for numerous capet installations in the past and have always been impressed by their professionalism, quality installations, timeliness and flexibility. Most recently, I splurged a bit on some fancy carpet at their annual sale for a stair runner and bound hallway rug. Both of these areas have some odd architectural detials that require cutouts and modifications to the rug. The installer took his time to hear my goals and did an impeccable job making them happen. I visited four carpet stores and Home Carpet provided the best customer service vis-a-vis product selection, technical information, follow through, and pricing. Scheduling of the install was very efficient and the guys showed up on time and moved the furniture, removed the existing pad and carpet and executed superior craftsmanship in laying the new carpet/pad. Clean-up was excellent.

Our stairway runner was well constructed by the installers and the online payment system was convenient. Cost ended up being less than the estimate—- I take this as a sign of good marketplace ethics.

I love Home Carpet One! If you have high expectations and quality is important to you use HCO! They installed a runner in our SW Michigan home about a month ago and Oleh did such a great job!! He is a craftsman! We had some carpet left over and he made us a rug for the kitchen! So nice!! The carpet is fair priced, we did a wool carpet and we love it. Thank you Home Carpet One for doing such an amazing job on our stairs! Shout out to Oleh Milinchuk who went above and beyond!!

We absolutely love our new carpet! Jonathan, our salesperson, was a pleasure to work with - we had a few hiccups with some confusion on pricing, but Jonathan was always extremely responsive (greatly appreciated!) and worked to make everything right. We dealt with Joshua when we had a few questions that needed to be answered, and he too was extremely responsive and helpful. Our installation was done by Juan, who did a phenomenal job - he went above and beyond and was highly professional. We are thrilled with the results and highly recommend Home Carpet one!

My husband and I were looking to replace the old worn out carpet in our basement, but we had no idea what we wanted or where to even begin. We decided to take a look at Home Carpet One and are glad that we did! Mark was our salesperson and he did a great job helping us narrow down their extensive flooring selection to a few options. We ended up going with a vinyl flooring with carpet on our stairs and in a guest bedroom.

After measurements were taken, installation was easy to schedule. Our installer Tomek showed up on a Monday morning and got started right away. Other than some glassware and other delicate items, he took care of moving furniture out of the way himself and before we knew it, our old dingy carpet was history! The vinyl installation took four days for our full basement and Tomek made sure to keep us updated on the progress and we enjoyed seeing it all come together. Once he was finished, he moved all of the furniture back to its original location and it was like we had a brand new basement! The carpet installers came the next day and while they were only with us for one day, they did a fine job as well.

Our only regret is that we waited way too long to get new flooring for our basement to begin with. Had we known that Home Carpet One would make it so easy to pick out a flooring that would work for us and that the installers would do such a great job at making our basement look like new, we would have done it years ago!
