This Jewel has a Starbucks inside that's how big it is also their garden is beautiful and i bought their delicious in-house 12 piece fried n grilled chicken meal that's always so good, great helpful and welcoming staff i will definitely come back.

One of few late night Jewels in the city. This location has a large bakery, updated Starbucks, and the same great deals and prices as most Jewel Osco’s! Made some great steak lunches with the variety and For U app for Jewel Osco 😋

For a long time I've searched for gluten free instant ramen 🍜, till I couldn't believe it existed, then one day wandering in the Asian isle of jewels, low and behold gluten free instant ramen ,two kinds of flavors , chicken and beef. Equally scrumptious. If I had to choose a favorite, chicken hands down ! . I highly recommend persons like me with celiac sprue to go and buy a couple ,great fit for on the go , lunch breaks even children friendly with Celiac. Jewels also has a grand fantastic selection of floro arrangements,3 for $15 . Gentleman out there ,now you know where to buy your lady gorgeous flowers for slim to none of the price , no more Walgreens $25 flowers , sorry for the shade Walgreens . Jewels just does it better ! .

Jewel Osco on Ashland was absolutely amazing. They were gracious enough to help us feed our crew for our film set. Big shoutout to Mino who was so enthusiastic, responsive, communicative, and flexible with our needs and timeline for pickups. Their customer service is excellent and we are so grateful for their help.

It wasn't crowded it was a good selection and all I just hate the price of eggs. I just got a dozen egglands best from marianos for $4.99

Much different than the one I used to shop. Better food choices in deli area. More produce and meats. Clean store.

This has to be the most well-managed Jewel in northern Chicago. My husband and I actually go out of our way past multiple closer grocery stores to shop here because it's well-organized, well-stocked, and chock-full of friendly, accommodating employees who (at least from the customer perspective) appear to be happy working there. If I spend so much as 5 seconds looking for something, an employee is instantly at my side offering to help with whatever I need. Butcher & Seafood counter is really high quality and again, well-supplied. Shelves are rarely empty and it's extremely unusual for me to go home without every single item on my list. I wish every grocery store were like this.

I have frequented this Jewel several times a week for the past 5 months and have never had a negative experience. The pharmacy, both technicians and Pharmacist, are always terrific and very helpful, but what drove me to leave a review, which I very rarely do, was an employee named Steven A. As I was gathering several bunches of flowers, he took them to configure them into a beautiful bouquet. While speaking with Steven, I obtained an understanding of someone who truly cares about the job he is there to do and the emphasis on providing the customer with an optimal experience. Thank you very much for the service you provide and although I although I already frequent this location, I will openly advocate for the people I know to patron this Jewel, as well. Thank you again for the wonderful services you provide!

Where else but Jewel-Osco. I am so pleased with this place. The store is generally immaculate. Wonderful employees and managers are so helpful. Lots of fresh food options. They also carry a lot of items you can't find in the grocery store. Excellent quality products for good value for money. It is easy to navigate in a parking lot.

Lost my Phone, and a man out in the parking lot asked if I was missing something, and immediately started helping me look for it in the carts...I ran inside and asked, an employee where I had last seen it, and a Jewel Osco employee turned it in, and they gave me it back! Unreal, I can't tell you how much this made my day, it's Chicago and I thought it was gone for good. Great, honest working people here! Thank You guys!

Food, fresh produce, and a wide selection of adult beverages--with cheerful staff who often say hi when you shop. My favorite neighborhood supermarket (and within walking distance, as long as I don't overbuy)...

This is a great Jewel. Great salad bar and hot bar, good liquor section. Efficient check out lines

Jewel it's not just a food store it is like a showcase. I could not believe how beautiful this place is and Valentine's Day gifts and flowers really set the place off. Each and everything in place all of the people in and out quickly because they can find the things they need. The store could be a museum it's so organized and Beautiful for everyone even Ellen a few Doors Down at H&R Block.

Ramiro was one of the best cashiers of all time.

Decided to try online ordering today because of a promotion on my Jewel app. Ordered everything to qualify but when it came time for pickup, I noticed a mispicked item. That single item threw off the promotion and I ended up being charged much more than expected.

The store manager wasn't there at the time but the person I spoke to said they would take care of it. Took a little time but everyone was very polite and the issue was resolved.

Mistakes happen and I'm happy it was fixed. That's what drives a loyal customer.

Every staff member I have encountered have been kind, helpful and overall a joy to talk to. One employee specifically comes to mind who’s name is Matthew K. Matthew went above and beyond to assist us and was very thoughtful to ask us how we are and how our weekend was. I’ve never met a nicer employee and I hope this makes it to his manager. He is a very nice young man

Jewel is my favorite grocery store. They always have great sales without even having to have a membership or put in a phone number. Very homey vibe, not intimidating like Mariano’s or Whole Foods. Great selection, even for allergy-conscious shoppers. Their Gluten Free section is fairly large and they have a big selection of Dairy free desserts.

Very clean and organized. Great produce section and although smaller than other stores, it was very well stocked. Amazing employees ready to help and answer questions. Well lit parking lot and a very friendly and professional security guard as well. Brand new lottery machine ready to use. Over all one of the best Jewel's in the city.

The five stars are for the wonderful female employee who checked me out this morning. I went very early to avoid crowds. Jewel only had one lane open because of the early time. Unfortunately, the man checking people out was not wearing his mask properly. So I went to the 15 items and under self checkout area. I talked to this female employee and she said he never wears his mask correctly. Additionally, I am not the first person to mention this.
Shame on the management at Jewel. You get zero stars. Shame on the male employee who is unwilling to keep people safe. You get zero stars.
