Plenty of snacks and decently healthy things too for a convenient store. Bathrooms are clean which is always a plus

The employees are very friendly . The guy who works on weekends is cool and very friendly.

The store is under new magament. Joseph is gone. The store has gotten some new upgrades.

Thank you for everything at 7-Eleven

I have been going to this store for a little over 4 years now. I have seen this store franchised out a few times. I have also been in this store when it was ran by corporate. But this has to be the worse franchise owner this store has ever had. This owner makes the prices in the store to his liking. Meaning if something sells more he jacks the price up on something. I was using the ON nicotine pouches. They started off around $4 or so. Within a month in a half he jacked the price up to around $8. Then I switched to the Zyn and in the display the price is something different than what he charges. I bought two cans of the Zyn, a cinnamon which was $5.69 and spearmint at $5.99. If these two items are in the same display case why are they different prices. This store prices on tobacco are much higher than the store located at Diversey/Sheffield or the store located at Fullerton/Wayne. I have never seen a pack of cigarettes in the city of Chicago for $18 until I walked into this store. Nor have I seen electronic cigarettes for $30. I have already told my fellow Veterans to go to these other locations because they are much cheaper than this location. I have also been in the store and they didn't have pizzas to sell because the owner didn't order them so he has the clerks say the oven is broke. But yet there are wings and mini tacos and these are cooked in the same oven as the pizzas. Something needs to be done because this owner is abusing his privilege as a franchise owner and ripping people off. I had to give 1 star in order to make this post. I wish I could have given this location zero stars.

I called to speak to the new owner (Syed Ahmed) to ask if he would be interested in donating to Prescott Elementary School (the CPS school that is 100 feet from the store at Ashland and Wellington) and he hung up on me. Then I called back and the clerk put me on hold and didn't come back. So I walked over and the clerk said he was in the back taking out the garbage and to come back in 30 min. So I had lunch at Subway and came back in 30 min and she said he was still taking out the garbage sorry...I really love Ali and he is the reason I go in. But I can't believe what a child this new owner was about having a conversation about helping the community that supports him.

The guy working there lied to me that I would get $5 off for joining the membership program. Was not a good liar either once it rang up and he only could say it worked for the last guy sorry. And couldn't cancel it for me told me I would have to unsubscribe myself.

The coffee was awful. Was supposed to be vanilla flavored latte. Tasted like hot water and burnt coffee.

Price gouging on hand sanitizer. 7.00 for 4oz!? Shady business practices will lose customers.

Overnight guy that's work there sold me liquor after 2am and demanded tip

always a terrible experience whenever the paranoid crack head is working. He makes everything so difficult and is rude.

How do you not serve food nor have the machines open. Trash.
