Wintrust Arena

The staff is always courteous and helpful. We were there with other schools and they were efficient and polite to staff and students the same. I've been there for various sporting events and it's always a good time.

Great little arena. Very comfortable and fan friendly while still creating a big game atmosphere. The chicken sandwich was outstanding!! Beware of the parking directions, however!! They'll offer you Lot A for $25 or the cheaper Lot B. What they don't tell you is Lot B is a 26 minute walk! Pay the $25 and park right next to the arena and skybridge.

Went to see the women’s and men’s DePaul University basketball games. The experience was ok. Not a lot of fans came. To watch. Very easy to get in and out.

Fantastic arena with relatively comfy seating and great views. The arena is a bit smaller than I thought it would be but it was perfect. I cant remember if we were in section 123 or 124 but the view would be great either way for a concert. Plus it’s connected to the Marriott Marquis which makes it very convenient. Definitely recommend this venue.

I always enjoy events here. The food is decent and reasonably priced. Friendly service, and it's hard to end up in a bad seat.

If you haven't made your way here to attend a Chicago Sky game you are missing out. My daughter and I went to a game and had a blast. Parking in lot A was very convenient a.d allowed us to get to the arena quickly. We got a free pack of cards when we entered as well.

Great modern venue. Lots of leg room between rows, concession were awesome and tasty, plenty of restrooms, access to parking was great and connected by an enclosed skywalk. Concourse was wide and easy to walk in:

We attended the Iowa State men’s basketball game against DePaul. It’s a great 10K-seat arena. AND THEY SELL BEER! Great venue!

Arena was great, staffs were nice, and the seats we got were really good.
Staffs were not really knowledgeable on where the section are (asked one staff who pointed towards the left for the next to say it’s towards the right (ended up finding our own way)). Really liked our seats & section as there were small tables in between each 2 seats, so we had more personal space.

Wonderful stadium. Super clean bathroom. Very fast entrance and exit protocols. I didnt partake in any dinning so I have no experience with the food or drink services. If you like basketball I believe you should visit this arena

Great arena the staff were very nice and helpful. Had no trouble finding a seat. Everything very organized. Awesome night here we traveled from Minnesota to watch MAMAMOO and the show was amazing

The arena is a popular venue which brings business to the McCormick Place neighborhood which brings interest in and monies to the South Loop.

Not a bad seat in the house. Cheap seats. Truly a great venue. Saw AEW Dynamite and Rampage they blew the roof off the place

We had a blast. Customer service was excellent. The game was fun and fast paced. The halftime show was adorable. The food was overpriced but that is everywhere.

Love the Wintrust. I've mainly gone there for basketball games. Really not a bad seat in the house. I'vesat everywhere from Courtside to the upper baseline and they all have a really really good viewof the action. Very easy to get to. Staff is always pretty nice there as well.

Great venue, easy to get to, very friendly staff. Normally when I have to go to Chicago, I cringe knowing I have to drive thru town. This was a nice surprise. It was easy to get to, easy to navigate the area, and had hotels right nearby.

Update: new day new concert and yet again this place was fun and everything went so smoothly. It's nice to know you can see an event like a major concert and not be stressed out about getting in, getting out, etc. Can't say enough good stuff.

First time at this venue. Great seats, sounds and performances. The show started on time, the change in-between artists didn't take long. I'm really impressed with the "Black Producers Collective" who put this together!!
The only thing I could not understand is why two of the three performers Joe and Anthony Hamilton were not captured on the large monitors while performing. The coverage of Maxwell was outstanding not to mention the set design was dope.
